New York Cheese Cake｜Apron

New York Cheese Cake
Wheat biscuits 70g
Melted butter 30g | 1/8cup
Cream cheese 250g
Sugar 110g | 1/2cup
Sour cream 240g | 1cup
Whipping cream 120g | 1/2cup
Whole egg 2
Lemon juice 1tsp
Vanilla extract 1tsp
Cornstarch 10g | 1Tbsp
Pan Size 15x7cm
Bake at 170°C / 340°F in water bath for 30 minutes,
temperature transferred to 150°C / 300°F bake in water bath for another 30 minutes,
Turn off the oven and leave it for 60 minutes.
Refrigerate for 6 hours

I tried this recipe today as I just wanted to make a small quantity , my bad I was in a rush and did not look at the written version about baking instructions and baked it in a water bath for 70 mins at same temp . The result is still perfect so thank you . Next time I will try at leisure using your instructions .
