Their website- www.fascinations.com/metalearth I loved putting these together, no matter how annoyed they made me feel, the end result was worth it:)

Girl, you need tools for beading and they are super easy and you don’t cut yourself. You can get the metal earth kits at hobby lobby and they also have good beading tools to help like precision pliers and jump ring mandrels that make your models look way better and more clean. You did a great job regardless and I suggest you try to build them again without using glue. They have a great selection of models for all interests and skill levels. I’m just getting addicted and my collection of tiny figures is beginning to get big enough to brag about lol.

It is a hollow structure for fucks sake. My dragonfly stands on its legs perfectly with 2 small magnets in the front for weight.

Hi, I'm just curious, but is it possible for me to collect insects without having to kill and pin them? I wanted to create a journal and take pictures of them, and write about the bug and that sort of stuff. I love bugs, but don't want to kill them, but would like to catch and release.

Kate Rogers when i was in 4-H they had where a person could make a scrap book with pictures of insects and a few paragraphs below each photo of what the insect was, its family, scientific name and any info about it, you could do something like that if you wanted :)

I’m not a bug collector, I watched this because I build a bunch of those metal models, and they have a butterfly collection that is a realistic print and they are pretty easy to make. As far as actual insects go, I have heard about collecting already dead bugs and that way you don’t actually kill them and you also kind of clean up the area. You can also get paper models that are like the metal one but they are colored. I have a friend who has a bunch of origami style butterflies and they look so amazing. I’m just trying to give you some ideas so you don’t have to listen or anything. You might have already figured it out. Good luck regardless :)
