I appreciate your videos man, it’s refreshing to hear a POSITIVE perspective instead of the negative comments coming from fair weather fans. I’ll say this tho to add on to what you said about G Ro: I don’t think he’s terrible at all at OC. I think they have a good system - however , it seems like with this CURRENT team that his system only works when EVERYONE is healthy. From the tackles to Herbert. Now I don’t wanna use injuries as a crutch TOO MUCH, because Harbaugh has been saying since OTA’s it’s a “next man up” mentality , yet the next men up on OFFENSE have looked TERRIBLE. What I’d love to see is Harbaugh and G Ro start leaning on Marc Trestman. That man is a GENIUS on offense. I’d love to see them incorporate some of his vision and ideas into our offense. Trestman’s style could really help take the cuffs off Herbert and allow him to play to his strengths. We’ve got 2 weeks till another game, so we’ll see how they come out against Denver, but the upcoming schedule is winnable. If everyone comes back healthy and we’ve got some new schemes drawn up on the offense , I think we’ll be fine.

You know you aren’t a real fan of this team if 2-2 going into the bye week feels bad. Chargers will be competitive all year. That’s something to be happy about as a fan. Dealing with Tolesco’s dumpster fire. It’s gonna take time. Minter is coaching his ass off. I can’t wait to see these guys get some draft classes under their belt. I see a lot of hate for Roman. Guy has JK Dobbins ballin’ again. Team actually looks functional for once. Minter with the bye week to prep for a rookie QB should be good for the odds.

This Pathetic… Predictable… Conservative Offense is the reason why I miss Steichen… he is a New Age OC… Always being Creative… created the Brotherly Shove in Philly… Made Hurts good with his Excellent Play Calling… Made Herbert Win the ROY with a last place OL… He’s now the HC with Colts and they just Beat the Number 1 Defense in the Steelers…. His play calling is Always throwing passed the sticks… Uses Trick Plays… No Matter if Defenses did Cover Zero VS Herbert.. 10 made them All pay with the worse OL and two Rookie Receivers in Guyton and Johnson… his and Long Pass Completions and TDs led the League that year … G.Roman is too Predictable and Conservative… I’m sure Air Coryell’s son or grandkids can call Better Plays …. Every Ravens fan hated G. Roman’s tenure… he was too Conservative and Predictable… ask any of them… Time for Harbaugh to let Herbert Play like he used to… if you watch Harbaugh in his Career … he Always aired it out…

Herbert is not headed in the right direction at all. Hes having his worst season yet, and this is after he already regressed badly last season. Everyone blamed Staley and Kellen Moore last season, but Moore has that Eagles offense top 5 this season. How many more coaches and OCs do we have to fire and hire before Herbert starts getting blame? Hes being paid as a top 3 QB but his performance and numbers are bottom 5. People need to start realizing hes not it. Id trade him and that massive contract, get a game manager like a Darnold or Carr type, get a real WR and add depth to the O line.

Greg Roman's system will not work with a pocket QB like Herbert. I prefer to bring back Shane Steichen or promote Shane Day. Him & Justin already have that chemistry...if Jim was smart he'd let go of Roman asap...
