is it only can connect to aqara devices? i want to connect with tp link smart plug but can't. aqara smart plug is really hard to find in Malaysia

hi, what if i tried adding my aircon for 44 times and all didnt receive any respond? the manual method is able to detect the IR frequency but not able to power-on my aircon as well. any help? i am using mitsubishi electric (starmex) aircon.

all this aquara eco stystem is a failure, I got first version of this hub, it works fine via xiaomi home app but there are constant issues with homekit automations which fail to interact properly with aquara devices, then I bouth this M2 to check if anything improves with this new version. unfortunatelly it is not possible to add this in xiaomi home so I have to use horrible aquara app. and nothing has change - still problems with automations with homekit. even more: I cannot add any double channel relay via aquara app to new hub, what was earlier possible with xiaomi home. what a mess. I also have G2H camera but with chinese soft inside and somehow cannot change firmware to european when updating (why I have no choice) - I have to logout and login to different location. this way, all my hubs instaead of working as one mesh network cant event see eachother. CLEAN UP THIS MESS GUYS! it is horrible. It is nice that M2 has IR and can control my TV or air conditioner but without previous knowledge of their state you cannot really automate turning them off when you leave home so it is realy pointess feature.
