Does the filter cartridge expired? Because i found an extra cartridge thay i bought 4 years ago

I don’t see any expiry date on the cartridge. I think as long as it is keep away from sun and store in the right condition, it should be fine

hi. i am just wondering about the filter life indicator. Should i set it to 1 from the day I use? and literally use it until 12 to change a new filter???

Hi, the number 1 to 12 represent the month. For example, now is December, u set 12, then next month, in January, after u change the filter, u put it on 1. Just remember the date u change. Or use their free app to remind you.

UK people: it just does NOT fit my UK Brita nor the similar pitchers/jugs that I have - water remains in the hopper unfiltered because of this. It does not fit flush. And it dribbles out on to the worktop and maybe into the filtered water flow when pouring the filtered water. I don't know if it fits some Britas - but not mine.

Try it after 20 days :( I do not recommend this product. I bought it and am not satisfied.

Hope u able to return it otherwise write to their website. It is a cheap version. So far I'm pleased with it. At the moment, I'm using the 60 days cartilage, hope I remember to change.

Thanks, no the problem is that I was sure it is better than Brita and ordered filters for 2 years, now I will use them for one year because really after 20 days you can see the result when you boil the water.

+naski67 to be honest, u should return it, don't force yourself to use it if the water don't filter or taste nice. Good luck!
