Well, I'm going to echo what so many have already stated, " Thanks CHIGG, for taking us along on another gorgeous adventure trip. I've always loved the SoCal and Arizona Deserts. I've spent countless hours trudging into and around the backcountry. Beau, you're the man. As someone else has already said, hats off to your obliging wife for sharing you with us. Thank you Mrs. CHIGG. We appreciate your sacrifice 🤗👍.

High banking Samsquanch. What gorgeous country Chigg. You were smiling ear to ear..you are in your element. I was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station for a year and a half and learned to love the desert. so beautiful. Spring in the desert is another world of beauty. I did get to watch a mountain lion stalk a jack rabbit. He had no clue I was there. Awesome sight. Glad to see you are having a ball Chigg...you need it and deserve it.

This is the kind of camping I grew up on. Mom and Dad always found those out of the way places to take the family. After I got married I took my husband and eventually the kids to do "dirt" camping. Loved it then and still love it, but the old body is no longer up to a night on the ground! lol!

I went there in May of this year for first time myself! I am also a GPAA Member! I didn’t discover that if had passed up the turn-in another 100 foot down the road there is great camping spots on Burro Creek in the nice shade trees and it’s public access next to claim!
@aquachigger2 жыл бұрын
It's a neat area. You find any gold? I saw where someone did A LOT of digging just upriver from the claim parking area.
@andrewmoss11872 жыл бұрын
The friend I went with had problems for the first 4 days and I didn’t want to leave him alone at camp. I beat the place hard the next 2 days with the Max and only found spent ammo. Didn’t even pan being disappointed that the public access gave a lot of the claim away. Didn’t go far from camp but loved the place. Took video of the mules and deer. Chigg watch out for the orange rattlers there. I live in Arkansas and been with gpaa for 4 years so have to travel to prospect. Found gold at Pinion Bridge site in Co. and have been to Ala Gold Camp 4 times and always found gold. Planning on visiting Superstitious Mnt to look for a lost mine (wink wink…lol) this spring if everything permits! Watched you for years and enjoy your vids!

Interesting to see how this feral cattle although certainly crossed with angus adapted to the environment and returned to the bio type of its Spanish ancestry, they look very similar to "retinta" and the "vaca negra andaluza", strong necks, thinner limbs and an athletic aurochs-type of body.

The burrows are feral, but the cattle definitely are not! It's open range and they wander most of the year until the ranchers bring in some cowboys to round them all up. And whatever you do, don't hit one! In most places, it's triple the cost of the animal if you kill it and too bad about your vehicle...

Chigg- This is so fun to watch-not my cup of tea-just too dusty, dry and treeless. But the stream perked me up and all of the rocks to look at..it does look like the perfect spot. I have one question for you-why don't you have a Sat. phone? If I were Mrs. Chigg, I wouldn't be able to sleep the entire time you're gone somewhere without cell service! You aren't 20 anymore (sucks for all of us that think we still are) I know you love getting away from all that but the satellite phone would be for emergencies-it could be from a spider/scorpion bite, rattlesnake bite, or a run-of-the-mill medical emergency. Please man, get one. As much as we all love you, I'm real sure your wife loves you the most. Stay safe-have fun and can't wait to see more. Don't forget to hydrate!
