I love your videos but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE include safety in this. You're teaching the basics of freediving here but have missed out the first rule of freediving, never dive alone. It's so incredibly dangerous to do dynamics or any kind of freediving alone. Please never freedive alone, you can drown even if you're doing everything right! Always have someone swim along side you on safety.

But safety is everywhere not only in this. I am swimming for 4 months, mostly freestyle and today I started treading and took off the goggles first time ever. I somehow lost hold of the wall and couldn't open eyes, next thing I didn't know where I was and went into panic mode.

I think you need to edit this video to say that you should never do this alone and should always take a full and complete freediving class before doing any kind of breath holding! This is dangerous to tell people to ignore their body telling them to breathe! Some people don't know their limits and giving advice without proper credentials is dangerous and unsafe!
