Gotta love all the homages to vintage video game computer graphics and general early 2000s aesthetics. Of course there are the obvious things such as the spinning console like UI pause button model, no DVD bouncing symbol and pixelated flowing movement in the background. But even such little things such as the aliasing on the models reminiscent of early 2000s computer graphics before anti-aliasing was really effective. It's even made more apparent with how the model of the individual that is stationary just ever so slightly moves, making the changes in aliasing apparent. All in all the graphics really do give off a nice refresher and balance between plain static images and music videos that impose whole stories. Just some nice visuals that dynamically move and change but aren't imposing a whole solid rigid static story as well. Meaning and subject of the media but with much more room for interpretation and how it would apply to the viewer/listener. The sudden and abrupt changes in the music composition, instruments and tempo (I think idk) really do remind me of other works such as Daria core and even earlier works such as early 2000s Autechre. Coherent but still will surprise with sudden changes. Lot of effort in this production for sure, lost of synths and mixing along with some samples in ingenuously placed in here in there. Especially such as at the later half of "It's Raining Now" specifically at 9:12 . I will have to admit the genre of music is unfortunate quite alien to my music palate but would still like to emphasize the amount of effort and planing into each work for sure. I remember trying to make music in middle school and it was just a nightmare to get anything to sound anything more then just a bunch of incoherent sounds so I like to think that I understand the amount of effort, time and passion that went into this. And now for something completely different: Here is a rough step by step guide on how to remotely hijack a large chunk of ABC Network affiliate television stations across the entire continental US. Step zero: Create a short video you wish to send out. Must be short as the hijack will inevitably only last 10-40 seconds. Step one: Duplicate your own intended stream four times (this will be needed in order to hijack all four time zone feeds EST CST MST PST) and then have each individual stream have the SID's set according to the SIDs as used on the ABC Network affiliate satellite feed of your choosing. Step two: Multiplex all the video streams into one large video and audio stream. Step three: Send your own intended video mux through a DVB-S2 encoder/modulator. Make sure to set all compression and codec settings exactly the same as they are on the ABC Network feed. Then set the output DVB-S2 modulated signal to a symbol rate of 30000 and a FEC (Frequency Error Correction) of 9/10. Step four: Send that now modulated L Band signal over to your Uplink capable C Band satellite dish (preferably 3 meters or bigger in diameter), specifically to the BUC (Block Up Converter). Set the uplink frequency that will correspond with 4120 V/H Remember to set the right polarity as there are two separate network feeds for ABC affiliate stations. 97W is Vertical and 99W is Horizontal! Step five: Aim the dish to either 97W or 99W and make sure the Freq is set to 4120 H if using 99W or 4120 V if using 97W. Step six: Finally, activate all components and fire your high powered signal over to the satellite, (((IIIFFF))) everything has gone to plan and there are totally no other nuances I have yet to become aware of,if your local ABC affiliate station uses this satellite feed for it's network feed. If the programing is not local but the national syndicated feed then if all the stars align you will out of all odds see at first some pixel like screen tearing caused by dropped packets between the two streams, then eventually given enough power on your own uplink you should eventually see your own video on your ABC tv station. Step seven: You did it, you hijacked numerous television stations all affiliated with ABC across the country. Congrats on broadcasting twerking furries to boomers and tv nerds alike. At the most you probably hijacked 35% of all stations considering many use fiber instead of satellite for their back hauls but this is still like 50 ABC tv stations all over the country. Such dubious little silly things UwU
