I’ve been stuck on AR45 for like an year and a half already- I can’t level up my characters well cause I suck at fighting bosses so I gave up and did archon quests instead 😭 Most of my characters are stuck at level 40 or 50 (minus traveler and venti somehow) but they don’t take much damage, and I always end up decreasing the world level lol

I'm AR 50 and this took me forever by the time I finished this domain it was straight to 50. So my WL for a while was higher than what my team could handle (going from WL 6 -> WL8)

i'm quite blessed as both my acc got a 5* on noelle draw, the first one is diluc, and the 2nd one is qiqi, both of my starting team uses anemo traveler for his grouping skill, and most of them uses generalist 4* artifact, which is 2 exile 2 scholars and focusing on energy recharge to spam their burst as at that time, i just think that burst is your most powerful skill and must be used as often as possible, a few uses 4 set for their effect as some of them is quite good imo the first acc team is anemo traveler, noelle, diluc, and fischl that's lickily came with diluc, team stays like that until ar50, noelle being the main shielder with all def% artifact possible for 2nd acc team, i want to try a different approach, so i still used anemo traveler, but with qiqi as healer, as noelle's role was a shielder, xiangling, and lisa for overload reactions, this where things is a bit different, lisa uses instructor set as it increases whole party's em by 120s, and IT DOESN'T SAYS THAT IT CAN'T BE STACKED, my memory is a bit fuzzy, so i don't remember well, but i think that discovery made me use instructor set for lisa and traveler, this team stays until i got ayaka, which i also don't remember when these comparison made me realize, noelle made things really safe for my team, as the first team can ignore most attacks and keeps doing their combo, while 2nd team needs to dodge and the kind, making things way harder than the first, and based on this experience, i made the perfect team for beginner imo, in theory, anemo traveler with instructor set for grouping enemies up and giving elemental mastery to the party, noelle with full def% artifact for shield and emergency heal, not to mention noelle is also a claymore which helps a lot with mining in early game, xiangling with 2 2 exile and scholar for maximizing energy recharge as she's hungry af for those recharge, kaeya with 4 exile set for helping recharge team's burst, all with energy recharge sands except noelle as she didn't rely on her burst, i think i only maxed the energy recharge sands at that time, so.. yeah, TAKE THE GODDAM MAID SHE DESERVES ALL THE LOVE!!!

forgot to tell how to play the team, anemo traveler groups enemy when needed, noelle's shield is used for defense and heal depending on circumstances, xiangling and kaeya's burst MUST be used at the same time so they always does a reaction, when in cooldown, anemo traveler also helps with recharging as his elemental skill helps generating particles with reactions, at least from what i remember

also just realized, the ascension is now different, at that time, the ascension was always the electro cube with additional laser like the corridor you passed through, with a waves of enemies on the room before it, hilchurls with fatuis

Me who completed this quest in the first try: Was this supposed to be hard?? 30 seconds left, I could have done better. My team was Dps Bennet (level 79), Sub Raiden (level 80), Xingqui and Tighnari both non ascended level 70. Ig most people focussed a lot on quest and didn't spent much time developing their characters. Your best bet is to have good offield supports and levelled talents. Learn about team rotations and how to maximise energy generation. Also it's ok if you don't have levelled characters. I focus on developing so much that I don't have time for archon quests. It's too stressful and now I am have to decrease my world level just to ascend my xingqui.

I just finished ar 45 quest of 2024 today. It wasn't even hard, u just needs to level up characters which took me around a month. I completed it with Kaeya (76), Diluc (70), Lynette (60), Xiangling (70) with all 4 star weapon around 70 to 80 level. Diluc, Kaeya, Lynette has all 5 star artifacts, xiangling is maxed out all with all 4 star artifacts. It was fun and easy.

Use an offensive food buff, before the time trial. And, swap your best weapons and artifacts to your chosen characters. There is no need to use the recommended elements, if it doesn't suit your playstyle...

Fun story. I had been trying to get past the ascension quest for maybe even a month or 2 because i simply thought my characters weren’t leveled enough. The team i used was neuvillette, diona, sayu and xiangling. Not the best team but they were my best. I used food, potions, i even made sure to get their bursts up beforehand and still I struggled. A few days ago i pulled kirara and got her new skin. I had built her mainly today and decided to try a slightly different team for fun on that quest. Fischl, kirara, neuvillette and xiangling. I only had enough for a pyro dmg potion and i got their bursts up and used some food. After so long, I actually beat it. I almost threw my phone at the floor. Keep in mind, fischl, neuvi and xiangling were all lvl 60 and kirara was lvl 50.

The trick is to first get a character that u will main then build a team around that character just don't waste the materials to lvl up unnecessarily on random characters
