AR RCV3G27 pump off Vortexx Pressure Washer Troubleshoot and repair

I purchased a Vortexx Pressure Washer with a Honda GX200 Motor, this original AR RCV3G27 Pump and a Mi-T-M pump. Both pumps were not working. Here is the troubleshoot and repair video for the AR Pump. This repair was pretty simple, the unloader was stuck from rust/corrosion and the pistons were cracked. I cleaned the unloader and replaced all 3 pistons even though only 2 were cracked.

Thanks for the really informative video James, I’m having similar issues with the same pump. My unloader valve is leaking I took it apart and noticed one of the o rings was broken also not getting the same pressure as I once was. Have u any ideas ? not sure if just that o ring would cause low pressure…. Also painfully hard to get parts were I’m from.
