This was super helpful! For the dark fantasy comic im working on i guess my protagonist would be named: Layla bint Mustafa al Hadid al Saddiq (Layla daughter of Mustafa the iron hand, the honest) is this correct? :p

That's not his name that's his entire lineage up to a point, we ethnic Arabs preserve our lineage, other cultures do not, most don't know the name of their great grandfather while in Arabia it's normal it's part of preservation of lineage which's endorsed by Islam

My brother...ibn...means..for example...my name is yaser Alam reshad...and my father's name is ashraf...I will be called yaser ibn ashraf...or yaser ibn ashraf ibn Abdul rouf...Abdul rouf is my grandfather...so that doesn't mean I have that long name....ibn ashraf ibn Abdur rouf is not part of my name

Wrong, the nisb is not how you described it. The Nisb is not an A is the son of B. Arabic nisb has to revolve around a tribe or a clan or a subclan. That is if they are famous, an unfamous clan to be recognized must yantisb to the higher branch clan or tribe.
