Assalam Aleikum ustadh at the beginning of the lesson you said no Idgham if it occurs in the middle of a word so noon is different or what please can you explain

If noon sakinah comes in one word you will read it clearly without any merging and this found only in four words in the Qur'an and non sakinah has sign of sokon above it
