Intoxication - act of a person, Incapable of judgement, by reason of intoxication, against his will or without his knowledge. 1. Incapable of knowing the nature of act; 2. Administered without his knowledge or against his will. Voluntary drunkenness isn't a Defence. Mental Condition or Mens Rea would be seen! 86. Voluntary Intoxication - If one has done an act in a state of voluntary drunkenness, an act which requires intention or knowledge, he would be liable the same way as if he hasn't been intoxicated.
