What portable air compressor do you use?

5150 MotorSports Powertank all the way. I had a Viair system with an air tank on my previous TJ but swapped to a Powertank when I built a Tacoma. When I smartened up and built my LJ I kept the Powertank. I keep it mounted on the roll bar on the drivers side. That way it’s outta my eyesight when driving and I can just leave it there when I hook up the air hose.

This is all very well, but why doesn't anyone do a video of a completely 'flat' 37x12.5 tyre being pumped, so that I can see how long it takes to inflate after 'Tyre Extinguishers' have hit?

The thoughts on this video is after your wheeling and air downed how long does it takes per tire to air back up to get you back on the road to drive home safely. Stay tune as we might do a video on your idea. I would guess for a 37x12.50/17 from a flat tire to 30lbs would be about 2 minute and 45 Seconds to 3 minutes per tire. Thanks Again!!

Hi Rockin… We have one Jeep that has an optional tank and we don’t see much benefit of the small tank how we use the ARB compressor. Thanks for watching!!!!

Does the ARB compressor run the whole time it's on? Or does it turn itself off when it builds up pressure, then on again when it starts to get low (built-in pressure switch)?
