The officiating is baffling this preseason, and is making me very scared of the regular season to come. Fucking yikes. First the non-call for the knee on Laine, leading to Xhekaj instigating on Pare, now we got a retaliation for a hit on Dach that's CLEARLY either a whiff, or just a 'breeze by' to send a message, and Tkachuk does the exact same instigator shit and gets off with 2 for roughing, but the initial gets a misconduct. The regular season is going to be hell.

Xhekaj clearly meant to hit him but missed. Caught his arm as it was coming up which then caused Stutzle to hit himself. Not a fan of either team in this but agree with many that something needs to be done about the officiating. Bullshit.. Stutzle had just gotten rid of the puck and Xhekaj followed up. Now, the ref, clearly said, that the original call on Xhekaj was 5 min for check to the head, Not interference. So they changed the call, to make sure they tossed him out.. And as for Inteference, angain,... there was none.
