Plus they summed up Pokémon morality perfectly when they told Meowth that they weren’t actually evil and only did bad things because Jessie and James did bad things and they were just following orders. A Poached Ego was one of the few episodes that made me cry other than Bye Bye Butterfree. On the other hand, this may have been one of the most selfless and caring things Team Rocket has ever done. It is another example of how, despite their misdeeds, the trio is not truly evil. I also hope they reunite with Arbok and Weezing someday.

I glad you finally made this video. I remember asking about it awhile back, it must have been hard work doing all the battle research. It always disappointed me that we never saw Arbok or Weezing use more alterative moves in the anime. Weezing has access to Thunderbolt and Fire Blast, and Arbok has access to Fissure and Earthquake. Arbok is one of my fav 6 Pokémon overall so I always wanted to see it do better in the anime....but plot armor is strong unfortunately.

I think Team Rocket’s Arbok and Weezing were a good duo they really showed the Trio’s goodness inside I hated that in Journeys they used That Gatcha machine it took away the Rocket‘S bonding with the Pokemon that capture which was what made them bearable to watch I wish that they did a Sword and Shield anime instead and had them catch Sandaconda and Cramerent in it and next do a video on Lana’s Primarina next.

Those two served their purpose. Knowing they are safe I could take it or leave it if they did return even if it was just for one scene. I even used an Arbok in my Fire Red game at one point just to see how it does.

i always liked arbok and weezing better as ekans and koffing. anyway, in one episode when they were ekans and koffing, ekans explained to meowth that he and koffing weren't really bad pokemons like him they were only bad because their masters jessie and james were bad. and since jessie and james weren't there for them at that time, they were free to be good.
