We must address the problem to KZbin, of how close the like and dislike buttons are in proximity to one another. 12 individuals, through no fault of their own, have accidentally given the impression that not everyone loves this song.

Lisbon finally getting out of the tent, getting a hug from an old woman that looked like her mom, people of spain giving her all the love, Col. Prieto resigned, Tokyo in agony over Nairobi, professor finally getting his shit together then finally, Alicia walking, smiling with a big plan. All with this awesome soundtrack👏👏👏

“We are just a million little gods causing rain storms turning every good thing to rust I guess will just have to adjust!!!” Such a great lyric expresses the pain of being human so perfectly !

Verse 1] Something filled up My heart with nothing Someone told me not to cry But now that I'm older My heart's colder And I can see that it's a lie [Verse 2] Children, wake up Hold your mistake up Before they turn the summer into dust If the children don't grow up Our bodies get bigger but our hearts get torn up We're just a million little gods causing rain storms Turning every good thing to rust I guess we'll just have to adjust [Outro] With my lightning bolts a glowing I can see where I am going to be When the reaper he reaches and touches my hand With my lightning bolts a glowing I can see where I am going With my lightning bolts a glowing I can see where I am go-going You better look out below!

I don't know a lot of poetry, but every time I hear this song, I'm reminded of T.S. Eliot's line, "Life you may evade, but Death you shall not./ You shall not deny the Stranger." This song and that line seem to resonate with me.

Dam I was only like 13 years old when I found this on KZbin from where the wild things are but man I’m 25 now just realizing his words how fast and how much u can experience from in just a decade the world can change ur perceptive to the none expected unbelievable outcomes.

I honestly don't understand how so much talent can be squeezed onto one stage without the stage exploding and sending chunks flying into the audience killing hundreds. I really don't.

This song emphasizes the broken human condition. In order to reach self-transcendence, one must first fulfill their sense of love and acceptance. It's a simple plea for understanding...through music. We understand this when we are children, but growing up causes us to forget how to live sometimes. Beautiful.

Starfish, that is probably one of the best explanations to this song and something when we were children, some adults do not tell us, though they are fully aware of it. Generations have been going forward just skimming the outer edges of the truth, always looking for outside influences to affirm who we are.The only pathway forward is and always has been the transitioning and realization of self-worth, self acceptance and self love.
