I just finished setting my FF cab and let me tell this is my most fun cab to date. I have 20 cabs now and I bought two FF cabs. Haven’t set up the second one yet. I played it non stop for an hour and it’s jist a blast. Visually it’s the best looking cab Arcade1up has released. My only wish is that offer a few updates to add more cars.

Okay, I have only one complaint about this nearly perfect review: There is a bass note in your music that kept making me turn around to figure out whose phone was vibrating. Otherwise absolutely perfect blend of honest opinion and helpful information. It didn’t really change my decision but did reinforce that it would be a fun choice for people who don’t have space in their homes or budget for the original machine, and is something I would loon forward to picking up if and when the price is right. What is the right price? For some people, $599 is reasonable and I don’t really fault Arcade1Up for wanting to get the 599 customers while they are excited about the franchise with a new movie in theaters, HOWEVER, A1U really should take care to ensure that their early adopters are taken care of-I think a lot of negativity is created when people effectively get punished for their brand loyalty by paying full price for products that aren’t really worth the initial asking price until the lobbies are stuffed from all the people who got it for super cheap…. A1U needs to make sure they aren’t biting the customers hands who feed them. Bonus points for the use of the Youngling. I see great things in store for that lady-she’s clearly learning from the best. 😎

This looks great . You should run the update so you have more control over the car . Lot of people complaining about graphics , since when did graphics ever make a game fun . And the real arcad fast and furious is not a real racer like Daytona . It’s just a fun game wit crazy graphics

For what they advertised for this cab, i think its 'servicable' (looks clean, people of most heights can handle it, durable).... *BUT* ~for a racing fan like me with no cab in my house, it wasn't good enough. What wouldv'e worked, is they worked to secure rights and make it a Midway Collection Edition Cab instead! (Arcade ports of Crusin' USA, World, Exotica, San Fran Rush, Hydro, Offroad and Arctic Thunder, and Crusin' Blast.)

On the website this was advertised as “2 Classic Arcade Games” then they did a 8 min prerecorded live stream hyping it up but not giving any details what this game is really about. That’s false advertising… for a company that promised to be fully transparent they were far from it.

John got the info from one of his people :) Since it’s not a “native” option I’m guessing that’s why it wasn’t in the manual. I don’t agree with that though, first cabs like this it should be addressed clearly in the instructions.

Great video you knock it out of the park !!! I'm have a drawn back on the game play dealing with the dead zones in steering wheel I wonder if you can adjust the sensitivity on by powering it up and holding one of the buttons down at boot or if arcade 1up can do an update to fix the steering problem if that could be fixed I would definitely buy because of your honest review THANKS

Awesome content as always. A1U may take some steps in both directions but the quality of your videos just moves forward. I wasn't interested in this title at all, until seeing your video; but I still think I am going to hold out until we get linkable Daytona or something I have more nostalgia for.

Epic intro! I think they went with the more generic "Fast and Furious" broad titling to help coincide with the movie franchise itself since the next title is releasing shortly. I went back and played the Wii version of cruis'n (reskinned FNF) and it runs surprisingly smooth - the lack of Gamecube analog controller support really killed it though and sadly it forces you into motion control (the d-pad steering is unusable even though it's there).

Nice review! I may still get it at some point for the right price because it is still probably the best driving gameplay on any A1U cab thus far. I was never that big into Ridge Racer, so this one is more appealing. But I agree they should be more honest about what you are really getting and quit trying to fool the retro gaming community because we will notice.
