Thanks for reminding me the new arc came out! You answered most of your questions as you watched, so I'll just agree (not knowing anything League of Legends) - Warwick (that's what it's called right?) is probably Vander. For all the reasons you pointed out - build, recognized Jinx as Powder, and importantly, that was jarring enough to it to knock it out of its...bloodrage?...and not kill her. We saw Singe doing some weird crap with deed wolf hearts, blood transfusions, etc. So somehow he got Vander's brain or something?

Singed was there the night Vander "died", working in Silco's lab. Vander was probably on the brink of death, barely clinging on to life with the shimmer in his body, and Singed took him and kept him alive in a similar way he did to Rio (the big salamander). We saw Singed already had the body in a quick glimpse during the "What Could Have Been" scene in the season 1 finale.
