More insight towards Jinx metal issue: When she knocked Caitlyn out and Silco was asking her to kill Caitlyn, then Vi started yelling and asked Jinx to remember Mylo, Clagger, and Vander... which are all the people she killed. The images of them were monsters haunting her ever since in Jinx's perspective. Vi had no clue what Jinx had been going through, and the words Vi said was killing her. Silco understood Jinx's pain and asked her to stop listen to Vi. Silco overcame his trauma in his own way, and he was trying to save jinx in the same way as well. At the end, when Jinx said "I thought maybe you could love me like you used to, even though I am different." She was referring that Vi always wanted her to become powder, the innocent girl she used to be, but what happened back then has completely changed her, and Vi was not ready to accept Jinx. It was such a tragic story in Jinx's perspective. The whole show did an amazing job to make the audience feel bad for a villain.

I never felt like Silco really understood Jinx's mental issue. From my view, Silco only tell Jinx to stop listening to Vi because he's afraid it'll bring back Powder; that Jinx will be swayed by Vi to join her side. It's not because it'll cause her pain. I think that because his relationship with Jinx has always been him projecting his own experience on her. He always assumes that she's feeling the same way he feels even though that's not true. Jinx's speech at the end that "Silco didn't make Jinx" was the truth of her view. Silco's "guidance" and "teachings" are just rants and blah blah blah to her. It just show that in the end, nobody really understood Jinx - not even Silco.

@@rustygear447 I suggest you watch the Silco and Jinx scenes before my friend Violet sets foot in the underground city (episodes 4 and 5). Silco is doing his best for his daughter Jinx, and they've obviously told each other everything about each other. We can also see that Jinx gifted Silco a few items that she painted and drew with her own hands. (Coffee glass and cigarette ashtray) On the roof of Silco's office, there are a few items that Jinx has placed according to her own pleasure. (You can see the details when we first see Jinx talking to Silco in Episode 4). There are 6 years we haven't seen and I don't think Silco is afraid to lose Jinx. As Silco said in Episode 9, the moment Violet realizes Jinx is not that little girl anymore, she will turn her back on her and Jinx will have to go back to Silco. Silco is just trying to keep his daughter Jinx from getting hurt. We've been seeing this constantly since episode 4. Even before Violet arrived. The person who understands Jinx best is Silco. And even as he dies, he speaks the words Jinx needs.

@@n0bleonline222 Jinx wanted to be Powder and can be Powder again. The flare scene proved it. She just needed to be with Vi peacefully. Silco also knew that Powder is still in her, that's why he asked Jinx to kill Powder at the river. Silco has always been scared of Jinx abandoning him for Vi. He was so freaked out when he heard Vi was back and he lost his shit when Vi got away from him. If he really doesn't wanna hurt Jinx, he wouldn't try to kill her sister whom she missed so much. Why would he need to kill Vi if he knew she will abandon Jinx, and Jinx would come back to him? Clearly he's not sure that Jinx would come back so he's not taking that risk. Silco cares less about Jinx in pain than losing Jinx.

@@rustygear447 Something is missing in this comment you made, it's "perspective" From Silco's point of view, in episodes 4 and 5, Powder's old memories and hallucinations with the pink-haired girl were making Jinx quite uncomfortable. And after Silco realized this, he did the "baptism" for his daughter, which he thought worked for his trauma. Silco can't know about Violet and Jinx interaction from Episode 6 to Episode 9. Because he didn't see or hear it. Silco doesn't know what Jinx is doing or talking to Violet. So Silco has memories up to 6 years + episode 4 or 5. For some reason, people watching the series think that all the characters know/dominate all the scenes, but that's not the case. If you watch the series the way I said it, you'll understand what I mean. Not every character can know about every single event/scene. Unless someone tells it or they don't see it. Violet continues on the same path as Vander, according to Silco. Vander/Grayson/Silco Violet/Caitlyn/Jinx There are many more parallels and related scenes. Believe me, it's not about losing Jinx, it's a decision to protect her from harm. But of course, many scenes can be understood in many ways. It made the most sense to me this way.

The full dialogue changes the context. He says her son died fighting for the cause, instead of petty internal squabbles. His focus was more on the internal bickering that was starting amongst the chem barons and less about advocating for the "cause"

I guess Silco's death hits so hard because he is the last person besides Vi who cares deeply for Jinx, and he means so much to her. You can see it in her gaze of utter resignation as she rises from his dead body, something seems to have broken inside of her. By killing Silco to save Vi, ironically, she completed her journey to become Jinx.

It is interesting how many people rag on Jayce at the beginning of this episode, he isnt running away from trying to help the people, he just doesnt want to do it through war and violence. Its so easy to pick Vi's side because she seems entirely virtuous, but she is led by anger and vengeance.....which usually leads to more and more death and Vi-olence. just more flailing in darkness

Jayce is not willing to accept a single innocent life getting caught in the crossfire and I think that speaks a lot about his character. He's a bit more jaded, a little less naive, but he's still an idealist who is resolved to protect everyone.

(Or Fiddlesticks but he's a bit far on the side of bizarre creatures for the more grounded terrain of the show so far). I think Darius is probably not at the top of the food chain yet, but could be sent.

I'm just blown away that a villain who dealt extremely hazardous drugs and was involved in the deaths of countless people got a heroic death and arguably the most heartfelt scene in the series. If that isn't an amazing character arc idk what is.

When the main bad guy's death makes everyone cry, you know the writers did something right Also, I once read a nice touch: at the "final fight for jinx/powder", the one actually hurting jinx was vi. With the amount of traumas that jinx have, say to her things like "think in Milo, the kid that was your friend and that you accidentally kill a lot of years ago" may not be a good idea

Heavily agree. I love Vi, she's one of if not my favorite character, but her attempts to "wake up Powder" only further solidified Jinx. I don't fully blame her, she's been in prison for 7 years and is still very much not used to how much everyone has changed in that time. She was involuntarily hurting her more, because she didn't realize what her sister had gone through in those years. That being said, I do believe this scene served multiple purposes: the first, as I've mentioned, was to fully solidify Jinx as Jinx, not Powder. The second would be for Vi to finally realize that the Powder she knew is gone, and that she can't bring her back, just accept Jinx for who she has become now. I'm genuinely excited for what the next season will bring

@@citrusred7064 Based on where the characters were in the final montage, I hope Vi will work with Caitlyn and be forced to negociate with Sevica. Sevica can tell Vi a lot about Jinx and Silco, likely because Jinx is not really attached to anyone anymore so Sevica likely holds some grudges. I bet Noxus will play a big role, after Zaun gets full independence, and bothe Piltover and Zaun will have to cooperate against external threats

I also agree about the Noxus thing, there is no way it won't play a bigger part in the upcoming season, especially considering Mel's mother was still in Piltover when Jinx shot the missile

I loved that the family bonds in this show are used on a narrative level to show that the characters are not just simply good or evil. They all have people they care about and enemies they want to protect them from. Jinx has to choose between her sister and her adoptive father. The tragedy comes from knowing there is no right choice for Jinx, this all started with her accidentally killing her family and the final scene puts her in that position again. Though at the end, it had to be an active choice.

That's true but it's impressive and tragic that the council decided unanimously such a hard proposal, only to be killed like that. It was such a mature political change, yet it lasted seconds.

Well, with all the Council on board, there could've been a re-negotiation. I'm sure Silco would've been able to offer something more tempting for other councilors, like a share of profits or something. And then Jayce would've been pressured to back down on Jinx. But we'll never know now. Kinda similar to episode 3, where everyone could've escaped, but also they weren't really close to being in the clear, and even if they did, there probably would've been a civil war in the Undercity, which wouldn't end well. But in both cases, Jinx blew it all up.

@@beyondviolet Caitlyn knows (from Silco) that Jayce offered everything in exchange for Jinx, the ONE thing Silco refused to give, which made silco have his conflicted monologue, and in turn, get him killed eventually, which leads a grieving Jinx to bomb the council. Caitlyn is a detective, she can piece it together and grill Jayce for it, the dumb himbo he is, for playing with dangerous people without care. Thans one of the things I'm waiting for in season 2, at least.

Sevika is one of my favourite characters because I like when shows take archetypes like the henchman, the number two, and do something interesting and unexpected with them. Even though she betrayed Vander, she did it out of loyalty to the cause, which is why she didn't betray Silco. She still believed Silco was the best choice to lead the undercity.

Little facts/easter eggs: The voice actress for powder was only 11yo when she recorded episode 3. On episode 4 the song jinx is singing is "get jinxed" the promotional song for jinx on league Of legends (make on 2013) and have a oficial vídeo, maybe can react to that to see a little more Of jinx after Arcane and how on 2013 they have some ideas for Jinx on Arcane ... On the final You can see Vander Suspended on singeds lab... The hexcore have 4 runes valor Magic domination and precition... On the Game exist 5 runes the last one is Inspiration, Sky is all about Inspiration for viktor and the hexcore only change when took Sky's life and complete the 5 runes... I like the pararels on the show, and one Of this is the fact that shimer is a medicine and silco try to make a weapon Of this, and hextech is basically a weapon and viktor with jayce try to make a cure with this... Fishbones: "Do the laundry, wash dishes and pay some bills." Jinx: "Stupid dumb rocket launcher." Jinx: "Hey Fishbones, should we blow something up?" Just to point something out tht the undercity "council" are actually more like mob bosses and theyre only there for themselves and werent happy when their profits was halted due to Jinx stealing the hextech orb. This season finale hits HARD and season 2 cant come soon enough!

No one mentioned it? Arcane wasn't made by Netfllix, only distributed. Riot Games and Fortiche Production spent 6 years together, to create the show. Once finished they were looking for distributors and Netflix took a chance. By the way, there is a mini "making of" documentary series going on. You can find on KZbin on League of Legends official channel. It's called "Bridging the Rift" and it's amazing!

Season 2 of Arcane has been in production since the 20th of November 2021. I'm guessing it will take approximately 2 years with most likely a teaser halfway to a third into production.

I hope the Riot investors/businessmen doesn't rush the release just to get quick cash like what happened with AoT. I'm fine waiting 6 years to see season 2, because 50-60% of Arcane is the quality of the animation, the plot itself is good but it isn't enough, they need to keep this level of animation and OST.

@@FallenLight0 I believe Fortiche/Riot has mostly done all of the preliminary work and already have the script for the next act(s). What they did during the last six years was building up the team, finding the animation style and techniques, etc. From now on they need to put it together. Taking two years time is a good sign for having a consistent quality.

It is theorized that the gold on Mel's back is a representation of an item in the game, the Locket of the Iron Solari, which grants you and your team a protective shield. The imagery through out Mel's design and story is very much aligned with the Solari, a religious order. The flashback to the conquering could be from that location and the shield a spoil of war. Just a theory, but it's given some lore fans hope for the council surviving. At least part of it.

When Silco and Jayce was meeting on city walls, Jayce said: "I was reminded recently of what brought us together in the first place The threats beyond our walls". And Silco had answered: "The city has a short memory". Threats beyond OUR walls! Like Noxus Empire, the mommy general Medarda is part of! So I hope, that in Season 2, the both part of the City, after some struggle, will be forced to cooperate for survival and fight the outsiders to remain independent! P.S. Family dinner is the great dramatic ending! It make me too look forward to 2. season even more, and for me cliffhanger do not matter. The satisfying end of the season one is the Jinx deciding who she is. When she sat on that chair with Jinx name like a boss, this is it! She finally accepted who she is and her past is not tearing her personality apart, no more, scars remain, but she let go her past, like Silco try to told her earlier!

what i like about this show is, that there is no "these are the goodies these are the badies" in it. Including Quotes that you find all over the place, "Is there anything so undoing as a Daughter." - "don't cry, you're perfect." where ever Jason Spisak shows up these days, people always hope to hear one of those lines and they go wild when he does. For a seasoned voice actor with over 150 jobs done, this one might stick a bit more than others. BTW, Arcane was nominated in 9 categories for the Annie Awards and won ALL of them... ALL OF THEM...

Mel's decorations glowing golden is very reminiscent of in-game item: "Zhonya's Hourglass" which allows the bearer to be frozen in stasis for a couple of seconds becoming immune to all forms of damage. I doubt it's a coincidence. However: you have to take into account the narrative point. Mel dying in that room would trigger her mother to go to war with the Undercity in an attempt to avenge her daughter. Mel surviving the explosion but being removed from power is a very good opportunity for Miss Medarda Sr to gain political power and manipulate what's left of the Piltover to go to war with the Undercity. It might sound very much alike but the second option has more room for nuance and character arcs. Besides Mel maybe removed by a multitudes of ways: frozen for days or weeks or even years in that stasis(like Annie in AoT), being badly injured by the aftermath of the explosion and ending up in intensive care(like Tyrion after the Battle of Blackwater), or simply being discredited and put into a jail by the hotheads.

Also her painting with the red boat sails, she was wishing she was in noxus again when she was painting it, but in the end she tossed gold over it. If he had killed Finn with the poison the first time instead of just warning him, it wouldn't have got to this point. As cruel as Silco is, sometimes he is too merciful for his own good. This was longer then intended but some important clarifications was imo needed. At the end there is a very intresting theory that Silco is actully trying to protect Jinx in that whole table scene. Vi is trying to get Powder back but regardless how mutch she is trying it´s just not gonna happen Jinx is to far gone to just do a 180 and turn into Powder again. That being said Jinx have clearly shown not to be just this crazy person. I think Jinx is testing VI through out that entire table scene. Jinx asks VI to make Cait go away, she dosent say kill Caitlyn just make her go away just like VI chased the monsters away when they were young. VI could push Caitlyn away right there to prove to Jinx she is more important. VI even hade the thought just like MANY ppl did that she brought Caitlyns head instead of the cupcake. Jinx even commented that "i´m not that crazy" Now the Jinx/Powder chairs. Where shall i sitt could be a test to se if VI can accept Jinx the way she is or if she only cares for the Powder part that is left in her. Jinx even stumbles when VI say we can leave all this behind and just run away leaving everything behind us and start over again. This could be a hint to Jinx that VI could accept her when she then stumbles asking where they go. Here comes the intresting part about what Silco is saying. "Her name is Jinx" Silco knows that the past is haunting Jinx as we can se almost every single time Jinx thinks about the past she dosent se happy memorys but instead sees haunting visions looking like monsters. Before Jinx totally snapps and kills Silco we can se VI yelling at Jinx to remember Milo, Clagger and Vander but what does Jinx se. All she sees are monsters haunting her and now Silco knowing what this does to Jinx he goes berserk doing anything and everything to break free and to make those vision go away. Jinx reacts to the gun and kills him as a result. We are meant to think that Silco is this super evil caracter that does anything to get what he wants and when he is getting it offered right infront of him he cant take it. "I never would have given u to them, U are perfect" While it may sound abit far fetched at times i have absolutly no doubt that Silcos intention was 100% protecting Jinx from VI and the monsters at the end. Jinx gave VI multiple chanses to show that she could accept her the way she is at the table. The cupcake she thought Jinx killed Caitlyn, The gun VI thinks Jinx wants her to kill Caitlyn, The chairs, Jinx asks where should i sit? Can VI accept both the Powder and Jinx part of her. And what i think was the final tipping point VI never realized the pain and horror Jinx goes through when thinking about the past and VI forced those memorys upon her to the point that she killed Silco the ONLY ONE! that trully understands and accepts her the way she is. Jinx herself in the end says that i thought u could love me like u use to, even though i´m... diffrent. Another big hint that Jinx was testing VI to se if she could ever accept her. I just noticed something in that last scene that could change things. If u pause the video at the right moment just after Jinx fires her gun or slow down the video u can clearly se that she fired at VI first, or in her direction atleast and must then have spun around and accidently hit Silco. I think that her hitting Silco was totally by accident and she was infact trying to shoot at the monsters she saw in her visions. The video makes it look like she reacted to the gun and it still might be the case. But she was very close to hitting VI there aswell.

21:17 Dani had exactly my reaction. I totally thought she had her head on the platter. However... I think the whole thing was a test. You can see that after Vi asks her "What did you do?", also assuming the worst, and before "I made her a snack", that Powder, for a very brief moment, looked hurt. Vi thought the absolute worst of her, showing the major gap and distrust between them and their relationship. 24:43 "What makes you different, makes you strong." Those parallels man. Silco would've gotten what he always wanted. But then... Jinxed it. Just like in episode 3. They were about to free Vander and ran off. But then... Jinxed it. Or Silco... He started out killing Vander because he did not understand why he changed, why he had forsaken his fight. But after Jinx he finally understood. You also all wanted Vi to fight, but you forgot Vanders lesson from back then, one that Vi still did not learn. You can't solve all your problems with your fists, and that war path has consequences. Just like the little kid that Jayce blasted, one of those consequences was Jinx herself. You can see Jinx's hallucinations in the intro in episode 1 already, Powder's tantrum when Vi and the others left without her was also a major red flag, along with the fact that we have a preteen girl building cutesy nail bombs. If you have her psychosis and codependency issues in mind, then those first three episodes are really interesting to pay attention to.

I am sure a billion people have already made this point, but if Silco was telling the truth to Jinx (which is most likely the case), he would have never accepted Jayce's offer, meaning Jinx didn't 'undo' any potential deal the council were voting on. Still, that ending is definitely one of the best scenes from the entire series! It is interesting to watch this now, as I always ended up on Powder / Jinx's side pretty much through out, so it was great to see 3 different perspectives! Can't wait for the next series!!

Season 2 is definitely in production, there's been a teaser/reveal that this is the case with a hint to what to expect for fans that know, they used a very specific musical sting, and with the way this ended it's clear they set in with the idea that they were going to make a second season anyway. The speed of the announcement for season 2 also kind of hints that it wasn't even just a 'because of the success of the series we're continuing, but something they were intending anyway. I doubt we'll have to wait very long, but I'll personally be surprised if it's 2022, I imagine they're probably late in production with it right now.

You know, from the beggining, Mel try everything to sieze power in piltover to show her family she is capable of bearing the name Medarda. It portrayed by her painting of her Home. (She wants to be home).. But after her mom comes, she realize that her mom isnt what she want, and the way she manipulated jayce to make war.. make her conflict with herself, all the power and intention falls apart. Something to keep in mind. Jinx didnt 'ruin' anything. Silco had made it clear he had no intention of giving up Jinx. So the deal was really kind of screwed anyway as you guys pointed it out lol Jinx was a victim of circumstances time and time again. Shes a real tragedy. Yes, she has killed people. Vi has too. So has ekko. So has vander, ect. And yes Vi did get arrested, but let's no forget she walked away to begin with, you know? Though I could easily debate that in episode 7, when Vi decided to take Caitlyn and leave Ekko with Jinx, that could be deemed as real abandonment. Especially in that moment, and locking eyes with her. Not even uttering a word. Honestly its everybody's fault and nobody's fault. Everyone is largely a victim of the hand dealt to them. Vi and Jinx both have so many issues and trauma, but I feel like Vi gets the "holier than thou" from the fandom, despite having done plenty wrong. Lets not forget how callous she was about a child dying in front of her eyes, which the attack that she prompted had caused. If i sound harsh on Vi, i dont mean to be. I just think people forget that Vi isn't that great either. They both are so fucked up. That's why they can never really work together in my opinion. Thats really the sole point im trying to make. This comment is the problem. Both sisters went through trauma, but you want to excuse Jinx and condemn Vi. Vi had to actually watch her friends and Vander die, then find out her sister caused it. She walked away from Powder so she wouldn't harm her due to being angry. Then she spent nearly a decade in prison. If you want to talk about the Bridge in episode 7, Jinx literally tried to kill Vi and Caitlyn. She didn't give Vi a chance to make any other choice. You know why she didn't? Because Silco had just got done doing what he does best, lying to and manipulating her. So if you're going to make statements against Vi, at least get the facts straight. Both girls have issues. Who exactly has Vi killed? Jinx is a murderer. She's a tragic character, but she made her choices, just like Powder made the choice to not listen to Vi and kill her friends. Sure, it wasn't her intention, but that doesn't change facts.

I agree that Vi did abandon Powder as a child, although temporarily and in understandable circumstances, but I really don't buy that she abandoned Jinx on that bridge. She had just left Caitlyn and Ekko to go back and find Jinx, and only returned because they were in danger. Jinx literally opened fire on them. If Ekko hadn't interceded one or both of them could have been shot, so I really don't see how anyone can blame Vi for leaving at that point, but even then she still went back until the enforcers got in the way. Compared to Jinx, I really don't think Vi has done plenty wrong. I mean Jinx is a terrorist. We can see how her past trauma and upbringing have created the person she is, but she's still responsible for blowing up dozens of enforcers. Who has Vi killed when she wasn't defending herself from Silco's thugs?

17:20 Just to give credits where credits is due, Netflix has very little to do with the series. It's all Fortiche and Riot. For the most part, Netflix only came about because a platform was required for the series. Considering the lack of care Netflix had with showing series finale spoiler all over the show's page, they probably didn't even understand what they had in their hands. Peace wasn't going to happen either way. There is no way Silco would give up Jinx. Sevika would kill Silco for sure after learning about it. Her only loyalty is to the cause. Silco chose to die as he probably knew the implication of the decision he was about to make.. Like Vander before him, he was willing to die for the cause but he wasn't willing to fight for it anymore. Viktor should survive because he is still very far from the Viktor we know in the lore. I doubt they'll kill a character before the end of his origin story.

I think this episode was probably the first one where playing League made it easier to handle because you know who survives based on who is playable in the game. I'm 99% certain I know who lives and who dies in the council chamber because there is an Easter egg players may pick up on - and similarly in any prior episodes I didn't have the same fear of certain characters dying because their storylines have been and are still progressing in League - this is a prequel story. They could prove me wrong but they haven't yet.

I agree but I'll also add that lore for the show and the game is slightly different. We're already foreshadowing that Orianna might be Singed's daughter, wich she isn't in the game. Of course they can (and probably will) change or slightly modify what they need to match things up however I would also love that they are brave enough to kill a champion if needed. Again since the lore is already a bit different why don't just take different paths? Or even better, what if a champion dies in season 2? I don't think it should change anything ingame. One a side note, I remember when they "killed" Gangplank some years ago and he was locked in the game for few days, that was cool!

The whole "Here's to the new us" line... hits very hard for me right now in my personal life with my wife. Just... kind of that realization and understanding that the unconditional part of the love is gone... I get Jinx in that moment. I almost hear Viktor from the last episode going to Singed, saying "I understand now." Don't worry about me, though, I'll be alright. Still, that last song has hit hard ever since the show came out, it is just nuts... and I still haven't forgiven them more than a year later for getting Sting to sing the vocals for it. Everyone says they was so close to peace, but silco wasn’t gonna keep his end of the deal so either way in this situation there was never gonna be peace, also I don’t feel like jinx was ever close to snapping outta being jinx, powder died the moment vi “abandoned” her, jinx just wanted to be accepted and silco was the only person that gave her that acceptance even in his last breath, jinx’s story is so heartbreaking because while yes she needs to take responsibility at the same time she was a little kid who lost her parents and then made the biggest mistake of her life all that trauma along side the manipulation of someone who actually accepted her for what she’s become and then losing that person will lead to a breaking point, her blowing up the Council was her fulfilling silco’s words to her “we will show them all”.

Not only that, Heimerdinger was stagnating on the council. He was very passive and complacent there. He helped found the city, so Jayce was very correct about the Undercity becoming what it did under his watch. Heimerdinger was there from the beginning yet it wasn't until he was booted from the council that he even visited the Undercity to see how bad it had gotten. A lot of people point out how Heimerdinger was vibing to the music during the concert scene instead of wheeling and dealing to show how "pure" he was, but it also showed something else: that he really didn't give a shit. He was far more interested in enjoying life than in actually doing any good. He wasn't a corrupt politician, but he wasn't a good leader either. Getting booted was the wake up call he needed.

Throughout the series Heimerdinger has basically told people to sit on their hands instead of to take action. Jayce initially about magic, then Jayce and Viktor with the Hextech gadgets, then the Hexcore. Another thing that also reinforces your point about Heimerdinger's general ignorance was that when he found Ekko's hoverboard, he said the blades were improrerly pitched, which Ekko corrects by saying it was designed for the fissures where the air is denser. Heimer is incredibly smart so you'd think he would know that but he doesn't because he never leaves Piltover, showing his ignorance.

Just to add in a couple of things you may have missed. In the final 2 min of the episode when they were flashing through where everyone was while Jinx was firing her Super Mega Death Rocket (this is the name of the ability in game), one of the scenes is Singed sitting in his lab alone looking up at some figure with fur/hair on themselves; that is actually Warwick. Now I don’t expect you to know the name nor do I want to spoil it for you, but that is someone very important to the next season as you can hear the howl of Warwick in the very final seconds of the Arcane Season 2 Teaser. If you would like to know who Warwick is, you can look up some League videos of him and it won’t spoil exactly who it is. But, if you don’t then cheers 🥂 I loved watching all of your reactions and I look forward to watching them for Season 2 when it comes out between 2025 - 2027

I don't think everyone in the council room will die. I'm certain Jayce and Viktor will survive, although I can't be certain Viktor will keep all his limbs. Maybe one or two of the other members will survive. I do hope Heimerdinger can get back onto the council eventually. Realistically it seems like he would be invited back if they lost half the council and needed to quickly rebuild their members. Him being forced into temporary retirement could be a good thing in the long run, as he was rather detached from the problems of the under city. He is older then those problems so they could of developed when he wasn't looking and they are worse then he remembers. Now that he has spend some time there he would have a better understanding of the issues they face and how he could help. Although under ideal circumstances he would spend a few years down there before returning.

You should react to the LoL cinematics now that you've finished the series. Or, if you want to deep dive into the lore, check out Tenebrix's channel. She is a well-spring of knowledge and makes the lore easy to digest. There are a lot of videos, but if you focus in on the characters and locations you know of from the show, it should be more palatable. Season 2 will likely extend beyond Piltover and Zaun. Regardless if they all voted for peace it wasn’t going to happen. The condition was Jinx being handed over and Silco never would’ve done it. She didn’t ruin anything by striking first, if anything she helped her people who wouldn’t have had a chance otherwise.

Jinx, as the name implies, is someone who always brings misfortune. She knows this and is tormented by it throughout the show. She makes terrible mistakes that have serious consequences and she hates herself because of it. At the very end when she sits in the Jinx chair, she finally accepts that is who she is, a literal jinx. She accepts that she'll always mess things up and she doesn't care anymore; rather, she's making it part of her identity.

I am so glad to finally watch someone who holds Jinx accountable. Every other reactor I seen blame everyone else for Jinx actions. Its an unfair spiral because of her mental health but still she destroyed the last shot at universal peace.

I mean Jayce wasn't going to let her go, considering everything shit thats happened to her was basically caused by the upper city you cant really expect her to sacrifice herself to them. The fact that Jayce makes Jinx a non negotiable part of the deal is basically the writers doing a callback to act one when grayson and Vander say "the council need their pound of flesh", its that even when negotiating for peace piltover still treats the undercity as the bad guys, as lesser than them, piltover will never learn from their own mistakes even as they negotiate for peace.
