Actually, Viktor is still voiced by Owen Thomas, his OG league VA and not Harry Lloyd (Arcane). He does a very good job though.

From what I’ve seen, viktor mains don’t like the visual direction and feel he looks way different from his older version. The reworked skins also look like major downgrades in some cases too (deathsworn for example)

The entire fantasy with Viktor before this was the mech of it. Full iron, metallic, Glorious Revolution metals. Even in the skins where it's not "metal" it's something that gives off the same vibe. The new Viktor is just... meh? In comparison. There's no meat to it, it feels empty, it feels alien. They put so much into changing the physical model of Viktor that a lot of the skins look rushed, like they just took the textures and put it over it and it's not nearly as impressive as the older skins, even with the new coat of paint. And the actual model itself just isn't nice to look at sometimes. I get the lankiness and disability is part of the character in full, but it's so pronounced in the skins where even it's not obvious. I just want a little more meat to the skins in general. The kit just also doesn't work for the character before. The kit is so much more believable from a character with Viktor's old model than the new one. The new one just looks odd casting the Viktor spells, it feels like they gave a different character the kit entirely.
