#1 Use Pedestrian / Landscape walkways to push zoning where you want it, zone specifically #2 Use landscaping all the time and build roads by hand instead of using height option on the builder #3 Create variety of road types adjacent to one-another with an emphasis on pedestrian paths #4 Totally ignore cost

7:30 I live near one of these minimum size clover loops and always deliberately route around it. Just about the worst transportation decision I’ve ever seen. Speed through the area is only 50 or 55 MPH and it’s still a disaster. Any flow on the freeway side at all and it backs up for miles.
