Yeah you can hear that he's taking inspiration from Tom's signature riffing, and deviating from it just enough to make it both Architects and something new. The chords progressions and some of the riffs don't sound like something Tom would have written, which is really interesting. I think we're going to see Josh (and Adam?) unleash his full potential on the next album.

Was? Sylosis is still active, although on a hiatus. Personally, I like Sylosis more because thats where you would find Josh's full potential. His guttural voice (his clean vocals are also great as you can hear in Enshrined), and masterful guitar playing and writing is eargasmic.
