If I have a master degree on architecture and bachelor degree on a different field, would I still be able to register as an architect?

Hi! Please help me I really need some answers for my parents. I will graduate this year in architecture here in the Philippines and currently working as a draftman for almost a year now of an Australian Company called Arcos Group. Possibly, I will be moving to Australia after I graduate because that's what my parents wanted and my brother is already there. My question is, should I get my license first here in the Philippines in order for me to easily become an architect there in Australia? Or should I study again for another 5 years in Australia? Thanks mate!
