The arctic fox is an incredibly hardy animal that can survive frigid Arctic temperatures as low as -58°F in the treeless lands where it makes its home. To learn more, you can read on here: on.natgeo.com/2pLtoB8

They are so _b * e * a * u * t * i * f * u * l_ that I almost can’t stand it!! That small shiny round black nose is just exquisitely cute! I would never be so cruel as to keep a wild thing captive, but if I happened along a little orphaned Arctic Fox kit, I’d be so tempted to keep it!!

Aww, they're super cute 🥰. Plus, the Arctic fox does not live in herds, it prefers solitude. It has very thick fur that allows it to survive temperatures down to 70°C. Even the pads on its paws are covered with fur.

Norway is not so good to his faun. Bears, lynxes, wolves and voolverins are all endagered in this country, but are getting brutaly hunted so that the population of the lynxes is just about 300, the Population of bears and voolveryns between 200 and 300 and the population of voolves is just 60 individuals big. Germany have much more people and not so many habitats for the wild animals and there are living about 1000 voolves

Now that's the way to keep "captive" foxes. Not like those fur farms, which Norway just banned. I'm not against fur, but fur farms have proven again and again that they could never meet any respectable standard of welfare, and even with all corners cut for the animals, the industry could only survive on the taxpayer's dime.
