An excellent band. They sound as good live as they do on record if not better.

Damn, 2007 feels like a really long time ago but hearing this song makes me feel like it all happened yesterday. This is the very first song that I've heard from Arctic Monkeys way back in high school. Such a beautiful song, reminds me of how I taught myself to learn a guitar because Alex always looks so fucking cool singing live.

I really appreciate this band, simply their talent, their lyrics, it's incredible how they can make the albums sound completely good live and the same. amazing

After going reading festival this year seeing these guys live, absolutely class but don’t it twisted, any day of the week I would trade to see this version of them and would’ve loved to be at Glastonbury 07

Yeah he was having the mod look that the actor is into. People are quite dumb /uncultured swines and don’t see Jay as having mod style (normally) oasis , Paul weller , blur etc they now see something that is mod/indie style and say Jay 🤣😂

Get to play more songs. Especially at a festival with a tight schedule.
@jehadnasereddin77552 жыл бұрын
@@jebkush1052 there's that, and there's the fact that the studio version is almost always slowed down from the way the band wrote it. When you're live and thousands of people are shouting at you you just naturally feel pumped and go at a faster pace
@TankZappa2 жыл бұрын
It's not usually on purpose. It could be though. Very often bands get caught up with the energy of the show. You can usually blame the drummer. However they may just like to play it a little faster live.

I love this song, but almost every live version I’ve seen, the lead guitar player keeps rushing his part
