The ISD1820 Voice Recorder and Playback Module can also be used in Security based projects. When an intruder is detected a voice message is played endlessly.

I have a real technical question. I have a lunch box amp and a live listening digital voice recorder. When you have voice recorder in record mode and you have headphones connected you can hear the live listening. What I want to do is hook the digital voice recorder up to the amp and listen to the live recording through the amp instead of head phones. What would I need to make this happen?? I know there will be a lot of feedback on the amp. Maybe a noise gate pedal??

Hello, thanks for the video. How can I increase my speaker volume. I will use PAM 8430. Power is directed from Uno to ISD1820. Also is using 9v adaptor will increase sound. Thanks.

I used the module with no arduino whatsoever, the arduino is only a complicated switch for this circuit

Can I replace arduino board with Node MCU? Will it work? In my project the module should detect the distance using ultrasonic sensor and alert us if it is too near to the object...The components I have is Node MCU, Ultrasonic sensor, ISDI 820 voice recording module....Can I make my project with these?

The ISD1820 leg 0 is where you change the resistance for increasing or decreasing the length of the loop. Be warned though, if you opt to have 20 seconds of playback time the quality of the recording will be greatly reduced. The values for each playback time and bit rate are at @4:39

Don't remove it without the plan to replace it. If there's no resistance there it will not work.

for this you will need to type a message along with a command, if the Arduino receives that command, it saves the number.
