You should have ordered a large or oversized chair from Amazon it's at least would be the same size

Parts are very difficult. You would need to look up your order and find out who you bought it from if you are referring to an amazon lift chair

Like comparing a Mercedes S class to a Toyota Sentra. You could have at least chosen an Amazon product the same size with similar advertised features. That small thing you purchased is of course a joke. But we understand quality costs more. Not to mention warranty and customer service. Maybe you didn’t want to show us how the Amazon best compare to your “higher quality” product? So you chose an obvious inferior product.

You would be shocked at how many people don’t ask questions like this. They go purely in price and assume they are the same. Warranties are an afterthought. We did this video so people understand there is a major difference in chairs. We tell them to not shop based on price only.

How can you compare the cheapest lift chair to this much more expensive chair? If there was a couple of hundred dollar difference I could understand but Viva chairs on your site are well over a thousand dollars more! What a waste of time.... Please do fair comparisons in the future. It's not even apples to oranges...it's paper plates to fine china...duh
