I went to the London Zoo a while back, and they had a few anteaters who were just chillin, until one of them started T-posing and then four other anteaters started T-posing, and because everyone at the zoo is drunk because this is England, a whole bunch of people started T-posing and walking around like anteaters too. I'm talking like, a group of 20 people, all T-posing. Eventually a zookeeper came over and told everyone to stop T-posing because it makes the anteaters stressed out. That's the only anteater story I have. At that point I walked away and went to hang out with the penguins, mostly because I am too scared of the silverback gorilla to go anywhere near the primates, lol

I used to think anteaters and aardvarks were pretty much similar. I also used to think pine cones were called porcupines so for a while I thought the animal was named after the pine cone

1:10 Aardvarks are pretty sizable themselves, even heavier than the heaviest giant anteater (wikipedia says they max out at 180 pounds while the giant anteater weighs up to 110 pounds).

You guys saw the pygmy anteater as the silky anteater in that video by Casual Geo about animals nobody knows about. As for aardvarks, their closest relatives are elephant shrews, tenrecs, and golden moles, and are in a larger but more distant group alongside manatees, dugongs, hyraxes, and elephants.

I think one of the main reasons Tier Zoo gets criticism is because he sees animals on how competitively viable they are. Like he only sees how good they fight rather than actually surviving, because survival is not just about fighting.

People miss a lot, like if fighting was the only metric then Rhinos would not be low tier and songbirds would not be high tier, he ranks things based on their ability to reliably complete the main mission, and while the ability to fight is a part of that, the ability to avoid a fight is also very highly weighted, the ability to control an area or being good at securing resources are probably the biggest factors. even if you do it through outsmarting others rather than fighting them

Unfortunately the rhino was born in the wrong enviroment of it was in the jungle it would probably be like B tier. Where the Rhono lives there's is just too many animals that hunt in packs or is smart enough or strong enough to just straight up drive the Rhino away. Which is also why the leapord is straight ass because it can't hunt anything other than maybe a bird. Even the herbivores in the Savanna is outrageously strong
