Daniel 1:12-16 = Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see. So the guard agreed to this and tested them for ten days. At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.

Wow! One of your most inspirational and informative interviews AJ. This should be on everyone's "must view" list. Her story of survival was amazing enough. But, it wasn't until she shared her grandmother's story of surviving war time Poland that we understand where she obtained her passion for life. "If you hear the music, you must dance." That should be the title of her next book and screenplay. Thank you.

I’ve had Crohn’s disease for two years and during this third year I went on Dr G diet and no signs of it. I feel great. I still drink the smoothies and eat tons of cerciferous veggies. I didn’t take an probiotics. I’ve been off the Prednisone for a full year. Now I eat beans and other cooked foods but I feel great on her diet so I continue to follow it cause I believe this is what we all should eat!

I've done fasting/intermittent fasting (15-17 years). Gone 90% Keto (about 3). Cut out all sugar and carbs (about 3). This year, I even cut out dairy and went to eating 3 hours on, 21 hours off, daily. But I still wasn't hitting my cure. My energy was through the roof, my immune response - leaps and bound higher ... but I couldn't kick the night sweats or the occasional pre-diabetes-like symptoms, (which I was beginning to realize was due to chronic inflammation). Then, just 4 weeks ago, I was telling my parents that God had me on a path - and as usual I was bumbling around, slowly figuring things out, but He hadn't had me stumble across the solution that worked for me yet. I knew it was inflammation.. but couldn't figure out to what. Two weeks ago, your video just showed up "magically" (supernaturally) in my inbox. God had sent my answer! I haven't fully converted over to a 100% plant-based diet (I eat really clean, straight from farm, organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef). But I immediately added the daily greens/chia-seed shake. (On most days, to intake less sugar, I leave out the fruit and some of the water - and add the blended greens to my daily soup). In just 2 days I knew I had hit a bullseye. (I could feel it!) Now, about 14-17 days later I'm so stoked!! I've only had 1 night-sweat in as many days (and that's because we had company over, so I ate soup with cream-cheese in it and ate a bit later than usual). I'm so excited to slowly work myself over to full plant-based and see what happens. But my body is already doing the things it needs to self correct. Thank YOU!! Thank GOD! This was my missing key!! I was removing things from my diet, but I wasn't adding in the proper replacement nutrients/nurishment. I feel like I actually eat MORE now - but I'm loosing more belly fat, and energy is through the roof. It's crazy! And I sleep better than ever! Thank you, thank you. Thank God for you! Thank God for your husband! Much love. God bless :)

I'm so tired of the labs normal..no incidence of tumors or anything but Crohns..49..49 yrs..let that sink in. I had to run from surgeons since 16..I'm a nurse..did the research b4 a nurse..surgery..just allows Crohns to spread..hospice nurse 20yrs..patients all died after resections..I refused it for 49yrs..I'm still here..was read my last rites..at 17..no chance to get thru this..well.. So here I go..strong Sicilian fr NY..hard to whack us..lol 5 kids later..prolific career as a psych nurse n Spec Ed teacher..program designer..got thru DV..poverty..homelessness..2 jobs + college while caring for my kids..but my ultimate goal..discover ways to truly help brains..disorders and correlation of mental illness..aggression and depression..as physical ailments not emotional. I'm old now..but I'm on my way with a MS in Neuropsychology..research..and working with patients with IDD, trauma, and military.

I have to say a BIG thank you to Dr. G. I have seen my kidneys leaking protein increasingly but my doctor won't acknowledge Lupus as the cause because I didn't have rashes or joint pain at the time of my visit. However, I've been generally following the protocol for about 2 weeks and I'm noticing less and less leakage!! 💃🏽🤸🏽‍♀️💃🏽I've been following this throughout. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Thank you Chef AJ and Dr. Goldner for this incredible presentation. Answered all my questions. I went WFPB 5 years ago and my health got much better, but what Dr. Goldner said is also true...that you need to hyper-nourish for a time to really heal. I found that to be so true in my case. My father died at the age of 41 yrs old due to Lupus. He died in 2002, just 3 yrs after the first diagnosis. He did everything in pain. It was devastating watching it destroy his body/organs. He had a grocery bag full of medicine that he had to take on a daily basis. We didn't know anything about Lupus nor nutrition then as a family to help him.... I'm so grateful for the information that is being shared now on YT. I'm learning as much as possible to better myself and my children.

After this interview, I decided to go for it... a whole food vegan diet based on calorie density with limited salt, sugar and oil and lots of recipes from Ultimate Weight Loss. (My favorite so far is a giant bowl of lentil taco filling served over rice and mixed with a generous serving of plain shredded cabbage... I do add salt.) I add Dr. Goldner's 64 oz green smoothie with flax and a gallon of water, and I'm down 7.5 lbs in 11 days. (I haven't built up to the 1/2 cup of flax seeds... for now, mostly just flax oil.) I have been a starch based ( plant exclusive) eater with no fat. I’m nervous to add flax seeds to my diet but my vanity over this hair loss is making me want to give her healing regime a try. Fingers crossed I can halt the hair loss/inflammation without gaining body fat.

I have seen many interviews with Dr Goldner and I think this may be the best of them all. Such a nice pace, comfortable conversation, and level of info are spot on. Well done both of you

Dr Goldner, I really enjoyed your info. I’ve got thyroid issues and have been through AIP and I’m presently doing Dr Terry Wahl’s protocol and had some success. I’ve been uncomfortable with the amount of animal products on those protocols and weight gain. I’m going to try going vegan again and in your way. PS. Don’t cut your hair! The longer length is very flattering on you. Better than the bob. Hope it’s ok to be a little bit personal! Thanks again. I’ve signed up on your website

Two of my favourite humans together finally!! This was fantastic Chef AJ & Dr. Goldner! Even though I've watched Dr. Goldner's classes a handful of times I always learn something new when she speaks. Thank you Chef AJ for this incredibly informative and inspiring interview with Dr. G! xoxo

I totally respect her protocol. And as to vaccines, there is science on them. I highly recommend the scientific papers overview on them of Amantonio. Most people say their life got divided after it to before and after.
