Wow! One of your most inspirational and informative interviews AJ. This should be on everyone's "must view" list. Her story of survival was amazing enough. But, it wasn't until she shared her grandmother's story of surviving war time Poland that we understand where she obtained her passion for life. "If you hear the music, you must dance." That should be the title of her next book and screenplay. Thank you.

Daniel 1:12-16 = Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see. So the guard agreed to this and tested them for ten days. At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead.

Thank you Chef AJ and Dr. Goldner for this incredible presentation. Answered all my questions. I went WFPB 5 years ago and my health got much better, but what Dr. Goldner said is also true...that you need to hyper-nourish for a time to really heal. I found that to be so true in my case. She can really help you feel better really fast. Thanks so much!!!

I have to say a BIG thank you to Dr. G. I have seen my kidneys leaking protein increasingly but my doctor won't acknowledge Lupus as the cause because I didn't have rashes or joint pain at the time of my visit. However, I've been generally following the protocol for about 2 weeks and I'm noticing less and less leakage!! 💃🏽🤸🏽♀️💃🏽I've been following this throughout. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I've done fasting/intermittent fasting (15-17 years). Gone 90% Keto (about 3). Cut out all sugar and carbs (about 3). This year, I even cut out dairy and went to eating 3 hours on, 21 hours off, daily. But I still wasn't hitting my cure. My energy was through the roof, my immune response - leaps and bound higher ... but I couldn't kick the night sweats or the occasional pre-diabetes-like symptoms, (which I was beginning to realize was due to chronic inflammation). Then, just 4 weeks ago, I was telling my parents that God had me on a path - and as usual I was bumbling around, slowly figuring things out, but He hadn't had me stumble across the solution that worked for me yet. I knew it was inflammation.. but couldn't figure out to what. Two weeks ago, your video just showed up "magically" (supernaturally) in my inbox. God had sent my answer! I haven't fully converted over to a 100% plant-based diet (I eat really clean, straight from farm, organic, grass-fed and grass-finished beef). But I immediately added the daily greens/chia-seed shake. (On most days, to intake less sugar, I leave out the fruit and some of the water - and add the blended greens to my daily soup). In just 2 days I knew I had hit a bullseye. (I could feel it!) Now, about 14-17 days later I'm so stoked!! I've only had 1 night-sweat in as many days (and that's because we had company over, so I ate soup with cream-cheese in it and ate a bit later than usual). I'm so excited to slowly work myself over to full plant-based and see what happens. But my body is already doing the things it needs to self correct. Thank YOU!! Thank GOD! This was my missing key!! I was removing things from my diet, but I wasn't adding in the proper replacement nutrients/nurishment. I feel like I actually eat MORE now - but I'm loosing more belly fat, and energy is through the roof. It's crazy! And I sleep better than ever! Thank you, thank you. Thank God for you! Thank God for your husband! Much love. God bless :)

I add Dr. Goldner's 64 oz green smoothie with flax and a gallon of water, and I'm down 7.5 lbs in 11 days. (I haven't built up to the 1/2 cup of flax seeds... for now, mostly just flax oil.) Dr. Goldner, I absolutely love you. I love your grandmother even more. I dance now when I hear music even though I'm not yet 8 months into being the widow of the man I fell in love with at 19. I'm 70.( I HOPE FRIENDS AND FAMILY DONT TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY) I also love chia seeds in my green smoothies. However 3 days in on your protocol,it dawned on me I hadn't pooped! I thought maybe I'm mostly drinking water maybe there isn't enough there yet. 4th day, 2:30 in the morning I was miserable and headed for the outhouse. I'm thinking either I'm constipated or I now know where they hid the Red October. Two more days and it happened again. My eyes itch, my skin has these little stings, my scalp itches. I'm going to take the chia out. "Stomach upset"is too mild a caution for what I went through. ( and what went through me.) This summer purslane will be growing everywhere, I'll add that to my green smoothies to add the extra omega 6. Maybe only one in 1000 are allergic to chia but please add that caution.

I'd love to see Dr Goldner's kids on the show. I missed the episode with the Sherzai children. Must watch it.

Myasthenia Gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, hashimotos. I’m 62 years old and I need a serious fix. Eating the AIP diet got me out of a wheelchair but still I’m hanging by a thread and breathing is sort of important. So I’m waiting to hear her solution…

how did it go

@@lokomotive28 the smoothies made me feel amazing. I was already plant based but this was the cherry on top for how great that diet makes me feel. I ended up getting really backed up despite drinking the recommended water, so I had to ease back on the smoothies, and then I fell off the wagon. However, I still have no inflammation pain, and my antibodies did start to come down which hasn’t happened before. It’s definitely worth trying. I avoid oil as much as I can (I just give up when it comes to restaurants).

Coconut oil can clog the pores as well because it sets in room temperature. Argon oil or avocado oil is better.
