I’ve been good about hypernurishing which has helped my health tremendously but I struggle to kick my food and caffeine addictions. Jesus help me stick to the GBL protocol for the month of February so I can heal my back pain, interstitial cystitis and asthma even more!

Same here. It's easy to add the smoothies, and I can tolerate more of them week by week. But to let go of the junk is sooo hard.

I drink a “green smoothie” everyday with lots of greens, fruit, protein powder and PB2. I switched to your green smoothie after watching you on Gillian Berry’s channel and I am shocked how good it is without all that extra junk in it. Thank you!!

I love you very much, Dr. G. I do have one comment that I've been meaning to make for quite a while. I would like you to make sure that you are reading questions out loud clearly and audibly for us viewers because sometimes I don't catch the question or you mumble as you're reading the question to us, and all i hear is your answer but i never know what the question was. That can be a little confusing for me at times as a member of your audience trying to understand your teachings as best i can.

Dr. G- Please forgive my mood today in other comments. I truly appreciate all you teach the public via social media. And I follow a plant based diet to slow cancer growth and cancer cachexia either lots of greens for Nitric Oxide and Omega 3s. The world is a better place with you in it. You are a very committed nutrition and health educator! Thank you!🙏

But it's okay to think of this way of eat as a temporary one until I recover and then go back to eating cooked food. Isn't it? I don't mean going back to eating fried foods with hydrogenated oils and eating animal flesh or cheese and diaries I mean vegetables, nuts, beans, rice, potatoes, soups..etc

Hi Dr G , came across to your videos recently. I have meneire’s disease, a very chronic condition in my left ear is affected and has 50% hearing loss and chronic vertigo.it has made be dependent on other. I take 80 % raw diet, no dairy, no grains, no meat. But I can’t see any improvement. It’s been 1.5 months. I still get my vertigo attacks throughout the day. I am devastated. I am in a deep depression now. Doctors says that it can affect my both ears. Listening this my hope is gone. Please help 🙏

Thank you for responding on the hEDS! I was having such a difficult time getting my entire question in with the limited text allowed! I have been high raw plant based for about a year now. Genetics counselor informed me that these genes can’t be turned off with diet and lifestyle but I just don’t know if that’s true. Flaring and struggling a bit with this condition and looking for answers!

Brooke, I have heard you mention about dry fruits not being as hydrating for hyper-nourishing. Please let me know if wrong. If one is healthy, it might be fine to add raisins to smoothies to get additional calories. Raisins also have iron for women?

Have you had any of your patients improve their high cholesterol and high platelet count with your protocol? My doctor is trying to figure out why my platelets are so high. I really think protocol can only help 🙌

I asked for a referral from my MD for a nutritionist. I changed my diet and tried to incorporate your smoothie too. I don’t feel well today after 5 days. I am wondering if it’s the Kale or Flax seeds. I am not sick but bloated and sluggish. I also drink tea and lemon ginger shots. I wonder if I am mixing too many raw foods. I have no idea. Today I am deciding not to eat until I feel better. I was on iron for a couple years and I was hoping to exchange my iron pills for this smoothie.

She has explained in one of her videos that taking flax seed oil instead of flax seeds solves the bloated feeling issue. Binge watching her videos helps a lot. Kale can also be substituted with cabbage. And one has to go by trial and error.

Dr G, as a psychiatrist I really don't understand how you don't know that eating the same thing all the time lowers the serotonin level. Serotonin is our Willpower, and also a desensitiser. I'm a biochemistry major which is how I know all this but the easiest way for anyone to see how this fits in with life in general is to read Dr Kathleen Desmaisons book potatoes not prozac.
@christisking7774 күн бұрын
I believe you missed her point. She’s not recommending people eat the SAME exact thing but rather stick to a protocol of 1) high raw 2) plant based 3) low processed and 4) GBL protocol if you have a disease and until you’ve healed, then step down to steps 1, 2, 3. There’s a whole rainbow of fruits and vegetables people can eat on the GBL, you just need to get creative and plan ahead.

Dr. Goldner- For people with little money- they cannot just find a second opinion or get a referral to an endocrinologist. I love hearing your suggestions… but with little money, there are few physician opinions out there. I try to follow your diet as raw as possible- but the food makes me 🥶 cold!! I don’t have the financial or physical option to move to a Warmer climate. Sometimes hearing your ideas makes me sad, because I know many ideas are impossible for poor and disabled people. Sorry! You are great! But, paying money for concierge healthcare is not an option for impoverished, disabled people in this country.

I am sorry for all you have had to face. I read that Dr Goldberg bought veggies on sale. She didn’t buy organic either. I can’t recall if I heard that from her earlier video but I do remember she didn’t have much money as a student.

@@mscardenas4451Thank you kindly. I’m just having issues lately with doctors who are using social media to go fishing for only patients who can afford them. Where patients pay money to providers who never examine them. There are too many very poor and disabled patients in our country who need to be seen In Person by doctors with skills like hers. I firmly believe healthcare should be In Person (unless just consult) and For Free to all Americans!!!!
@kardste81145 күн бұрын
You give some great advice to the walking wounded. But, as a disabled person destroyed by unnecessary surgeries for profit and now with cancer- I feel very disillusioned by “concierge “ lifestyle Medicine doctors profiting from only those who can afford you in a Broken Medical System. I think you should list your prices up front. 75 minutes a zoom session for how much money?? I’m very disillusioned by the direction our society is going with LESS “in person “ appointments, throwing disabled people into nursing homes to snatch their Medicare or Medicaid.. where overworked healthcare workers are also frustrated… and I fear it’s All going to get WORSE. I could not help just wealthy people. That’s why I worked in public education and special education. Sorry- the world just looks grim today- as does social media profiteers.
