Yes you can, focus on your breath, ignore every thoughts that goes to your mind, thereby you will not think, thus you've detached yourself from your mind, and there you could pick such thoughts, just pick those whom are not of the Shaitan's nand of those whom are of your Nafs', if you can just do it again, I did it everytime and works everytime

@@tennn09 Focus on every breath, don't let any inhale or exhale to not be counted, also try to feel every single thing, thereby you'll detach yourself from your mind. And yes it is hard but it's also very very rewarding, like here's one of the attributes, if you do this then you'll continuously live in the present time, and written is Surah Yunus 10:62 "Oh, verily, they who are close to Allah - no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve", where does fear came from? The future, where does grieve came from? The past, so if you live in the present moment, you won't have such fears nor grieves, and therefore you'll be close to Allah.

I lost all my iman and I was doing a lot of major sins in my life Allah loves me a lot and he put upon me a lasson in life that allowed me to get closer to him and become of the companion of the right. My lesson is still ongoing, and is causing a big burden on my life. However I am praying every day that Allah does not put a burden on me which I can not handle Ameen. I pray and think him for this test. INSHALLAH Allah forgives me as I promised him to be a good Muslim for the rest of my eternity in this dunya. Thank you Allah for your guidance. Do what I did. I memorized some very nice small duas in Arabic related to my business, family, parents, health, and protection from hell, and then in sujood in every salah, I recited those dua after 3x “Subhana Rabbialallah”. Also to make sure I do not make any mistakes in Salah I go to mosque for all 5 salah. Trust me, dude, I started to love my Salah and never wanted to miss my Salah in the mosque. As far as goes about my own personal bad habits that caused major sins for me it is all gradually disappeared from my mind to act upon it and I never returned to them again Alhumdulilah. Even if you commit a sin never miss your salah because Shaitan will want you to miss it but be hopeful in Allah mercy. Remember it is a process of getting rid of the bed habit.

They are from Shaytaan, I had fantasised alot about women and sexual stuff, and it leads to me going to satisfy myself, which is a sin, anybody struggling with the same thing, the root to stopping Bad sexual actions is to stop those thoughts, Meditation works very good

When you look closely you will see that everyone is going through test. For example let's say most common financial problems. Those who don't have are struggling to fulfill their needs in a halal way. But I see rich people with bigger test because if you don't give zakat and other stuff when you become sahib e haisiyat then you ruin your akhirat . When it comes health. So I have seen sick and physically challenged people to pray and praise Allah and the healthy people skipping mandatory prayers and being ungrateful. So it's not difficult to decide who is in the ultimate test. This world is a place for test. It's just we don't see others test and problem and we see our problem as biggest. In addition those who are dearest loveliest are tested more because Allah wants to raise their rank
