@@deondiggs61 Having owned both, my suggestion is to get the SS. Reason being it is easier to find an SS than a clean G8. However if both were it is a tough call, but in the end I would get the SS( look at the HSV GTS style bumpers from Australia. Pricey but you would literally be the only one on the road)

There's plenty to be found by or on military bases. But not many are R/T's or above. Most seem to be SXT's, some are GT's. There's a heck of a lot of Camaro's and Mustangs. I've wanted a Charger since 2005 when I saw one at an Auto show in NYC. I just finally got one in my early 30's. I got a 2019 Charger R/T.
