Hi Vance, I can’t thank you enough for your video’s and the helpful information you put out for your viewers. Question though during the investigation process within the EEOC after filing a charge, can a charging party request to settle the case with the companies attorney, because I see that on the EEOC website where it says at any point of the investigation the charging party can request settlement

Hello Vincent, what are the potential consequences if a government agency, fails to attend a settlement session with an Administrative Judge? The judge sent an email to the agency counsel and no one appears. Thank you in advance.

I have a federal eeoc claim filed, it's been over a year now. I have Asthma, and my Asthma was acting up. I told the supervisor, and they made me do a physical fitness test, and then fired me.
