Are EXPENSIVE RESISTANCE BANDS Really Better? | Resistance band review and buyers guide.

In this video I go over what bands are the best and which ones you should buy!
Pretty straight forward when you watch the video. This was to end the argument of what's better between expensive name brand resistance bands and generic cheaper bands.
This is by no means a scientific comparison and I agree it’s subjective in nature but with a significant price difference between the sets if I can’t feel or see a difference than why pay a $100 more? That being said support the brands you like and buy based on what suits your needs!

Not all bands are the same in terms of resistance or manufacturing. The layered latex resistance bands are going to offer more resistance than the solid cast rubber resistance bands. The TPE resistance bands will have an even lighter level of resistance. All are good - but they are not the same in terms of resistance.

I have been sticking to the same expensive brand, (won't name) purchasing more over time, noticing them perishing & falling apart, then realised they were lasting 1½ - 2 years max, at which point they are dangerous.

Ordered 2 pair of Bands from Amazon from the same Seller and they are completely different in terms of length after one use and so useless for Deadlifts and Squats.
