First of all of u r reading this......please make sure your ideas and concepts are clear because you are a KZbinr and People watch ur videos. So the point is India is a democracy where we vote representatives and give them a govt....the govt in turn gives power to the functionaries .....like IAS...IPS . Bureaucracy if u want to take an example please refer to Soviet Russia..... where Bureaucracy did whatever they liked .....because where there is no democracy .....Bureaucracy rules as they take orders from the autocrats..... like during Brittish rule jalianwala bagh massacre happened ....where a Bureaucrat took the decision as he had the power to do anything. Cutting it short...... Bureaucracy should not b given so much of publicity in a democracy..... it is the bureaucrats who has ruined the country more....they are just doing a regular job like all of us in india.....treating them like superior should stop. This is a democracy
