The fact is that it's not worth the noise or the air pollution that it creates.

exactly. thank you

I use one every day, I couldn't complete my job without one. A wonderful bit of kit.

@@kd84afc yeah, obviously people who use them do so for a reason, we're just saying, the rest of us hate them and you for using them around us without asking if it's ok. And usually for wwaaaaayyy longer than seems necessary. Do you use protective gear on your ears? Do you use a gas powered blower? People who are getting the sickest from the coronavirus are around more pollution like this, something to consider as well.

@@DewLaProductions Yes we have to use ear defenders and yes they are petrol powered blowers.

@@kd84afc well I'm glad we're talking about it, I feel like the future can look better post pandemic and I hope that leaf blowers can morph into something that can make your work easy and not be as disruptive as the traditional piece of kit. you know? I mean it can't be great for you to be breathing in the allergens either. Maybe you could ask for extra health care coverage b/c of it? Then, I bet your boss would want to invest in another option, ha!

All the neighbors use noisy leaf blowers; which means daily noise that will drive you crazy! What a world of noise! Don’t retire, stay at work!

First, let me say that I despise these wretched machines. Are they really necessary? I would imagine there are certain tasks where one of these might prove to be useful; however, what I witness every day are droves of mindless, unskilled morons runnign around blowing dust and debris this way then that way. They get out into the street and blow shit along until they feel as though they accomplished their very valuable mission.

I love leaf blowers and lawn mowers. They're so relaxing to listen to, especially if you're taking a nap.

If this is the worst thing that can happen to you, you need to count your blessings. If they were there all day and all night, that would be an actual problem.

I use them everyday, Brilliant piece of kit.

Then you're another lazy POS like the rest of them. I hope when you dies you go to a place in hell where you are tortured with their sound forever.
@kd84afc4 жыл бұрын
@@hootinouts for your information, I used one today many times. It's a vital part of my daily job. it's not lazy when you consider the size of the estate's I have to look after, the leaf blower cuts my cleaning time by half, If I did it the way you suggest, I'd still be cleaning up! So, what's your issue with leaf blowers that's got you so worked up and acting like a childish pos?

@@kd84afc the video says what our reasons are! Please petition your boss to get Elon Musk to invent a clean and quiet one of these things, b/c the current model sucks for everyone who isn't a landscaper. It's so unnerving and constant, that there has to be a better way. At least try to use it as little as possible. Even cutting back on 5 minutes of the noise would help.
@kd84afc4 жыл бұрын
@@DewLaProductions unfortunately they won't do that, with got 500 housing estates to look after, some of them are too big to hand clear, so for the foreseeable future we will be using 2 stroke petrol hand held or back pack leaf blowers all year round
