Prodigy's new air spectrum plastic is great stuff as well. For older elbows or slower arms lightweight stuff is a great idea.

I'm going to start calling my shanks 'reprehensible' too. Loved that

My favorite distance drivers are star Destroyers weighing anywhere between 156g and 162g, to the point where I bag 3 of them. Even against headwind, I still send them over 400ft. All of my other discs are anywhere from 170g to 177g, but there's something about star Destroyers...

Hey I noticed your left ankle is slightly collapsed! There are a couple exercises you can do with bands to help realign your ankle foot and knee!

Try a Z Lite Nuke OS. It’s crazy how much more user friendly it became in Z Lite plastic.

Why never a putter?

If you can learn not to early release it 162g champion firebirds are pretty good saves on the elbow in those 2 rounds in a day tournaments. Flat 4 hand is my most consistent shot.

Try throwing a flippy disc on hyzer.

I advocate for abolishing the notion that lightweight discs are "understable". Players are just able to get it up to speed easier. Throw an understable lightweight disc, sure it will generally be more flippy. Throw a lightweight overstable disc, it will hold straighter longer.

Most lightweight air plastics are considerably more stable than a lightweight non air plastic. Parting line height has a lot more to do with stability than weight typically. I'm more of an advocate of people just finding a max weight disc that fits their torque level more. Lightweight discs typically are less reliable and consistent than heavier discs. Mostly because lightweight discs don't hold spin as well, which can cause some control issues in the mid to late flight

@@pathapeit's more that they don't hold momentum as well. But they generally have more glide. You can throw them faster but that speed is lost quicker but they glide further in my experience.

You could definitely be right. I’ve just noticed lightweight discs appear to stop spinning or slow down faster in the late flight but still push which makes me lose control on where I think the disc will land. It just be me being used to high altitude where discs have little drag and glide
