The mini peanut butter cups are not only great for snacking, but are the perfect addition to brownies, make for great ice cream toppings, and can even be used to decorate a cake. They're especially good when frozen.

I've never considered a full cupboard to be a pantry. To me, a pantry is a space that can be walked into...kind of like a walk in closet, but for food, whereas a cupboard is a smaller, more confined space that can also have food perishables in it, though it doesn't need to exclusively be perishables.

In WY where my mom lives, a lot of places are a good way from food stores. If the weather is bad, you want to have a full pantry. Mom's current house has the walk in kind but she lived for years with basically a big closet with deep shelves. And of course a deep freeze.

The moment the M&M episode started I said to my husband that the best flavour is peanut butter (and we don't even have that flavour in Australia, but I've bought it from US stores many times because it's SO GOOD) and so I wasn't surprised when you all picked it. It's just coincidence that you both always pick PB, because it is actually the best. But the chewy caramel is also really good (we had it for a limited time here in Aus and I'm still sad they discontinued it).
