As more current homeowners begin to list their homes, the total amount of inventory will be counter balanced with the increase amount of buyers. Inventory on the lower end should increase a bit, but again, all of those sellers are going to buy something else. I do believer that as rates come down, we should see appreciation levels get closing to 5%, depending on your location.
