It's hard to get support when you haven't ordered anything. All of these companies have to verify that you're a customer and see what you purchased to be able to help. There are people that do call companies to get free support without having purchased anything, and that would increase their support times.

I just bought (literally an hour ago) the EcoFlow Delta Pro kit with 2 200 watt folding panels and all the stuff that goes with that kit. As of today, I got $101 off the advertised price. I talked to sales several times and asked a bunch of question before I bought it. They were very helpful and never hesitated on any questions I had. Fee shipping, best price on the Delta Pro that I could find. Gonna use the Delta Pro for my RV needs. Can hardly wait to see how well it meets my needs based on conversations I had with ShopSolar.

Pecron should be next. I don't think these kits are SCAMS, but as a Texan Hurricane Berly was only a CATEGORY 1 and so much devastation , but an UNREGULATED electricity provider provides no guarantees.

79% is A- or a B+? Damn they have changed the grading scales. For me between 90% and 100% was an A with + being above 97% and - being below 93%. B's were the same but in the 80% range and C's in the 70% range. 69% or below was failing.
