When coming off a step with a curved sidewalk it is best to have the first 18” straight then start your curve.

In that business he should own one from him self or a small bobcat skid steer with tracks with a cement bucket on the front…….as you can see with the sidewalk there’s already topsoil being spread up against it when they’re done…what’s a little more topsoil and seed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!what’s the price of back surgery these days 30 $40,000 ?????????how long are you out of work???????? maybe never go back to work,,,, maybe never be able to bend over and tie your shoes again,,,, stop saving the money and spend it and buy a piece of equipment make your life easier Samuel bacon

Hello Mike Really enjoyed the regular motion video. Too many videos out there that time -lapse when pouring. I think the people enjoy this way much better. Must have Venice to have that shade. We are 99-103 in central Texas everyday now, so you know we have to hustle. Great looking sidewalk Thank you for sharing.

What are your thoughts on staining concrete? I have to pour a new driveway next to an older, existing concrete walkwat that has been stamped and dyed, to eliminate a poor color blend, I felt like doing a regular broomed driveway pour, and then staining both areas with the same stain would be the best approach... Glad I found your channel! You and Odell are legends! :)

Is that a cure and seal or just a sealer? I thought you had to wait 3-4 weeks before sealing unless you use the cure and seal.

Once again a beautiful pour, skreed, trowel and cut job. However, that stamp you used is one of the ugliest and least realistic ones I have ever seen. Randomly cut stones that all fit together with no variation in grout line widths. It looks cheap . Invest in a realistic looking slate or flagstone and get a finish that shows your talent and attention to detail and you might get more stamp (big money) jobs/year.

@MrTy4152 ай бұрын
If concrete is entertaining that means it was done wrong, concrete is meant to be boring “do it right the first time” and then go home and have some beers
@aaadamt9642 ай бұрын
I guess it would be boring to some. I like seeing a job come together and end in something. I do body work. Seeing a vehicle come in crashed, pulling everything back out, repairing or replacing everything, painting it and watching it leave looking like nothing ever happened is satisfying. I couldn't sit at a desk never seeing the product of my work. This "boring" video... they started in the morning, sat everything up, poured and finished it and get to stand back and admire their work at the end of the day.
