The Kirby franchise to me is truly special. Such a consistent rate of quality for every mainline game and for me, shock that the spinoffs are relatively good too. There's not a bad game, just some are better than others. But every game got something special in store. What's shocking to me is even after Sakurai left HAL to make Sora Ltd, the people behind the modern Kirby games would practically still hold onto his legacy for the Kirby series and expand upon them in such mind boggling ways, not disrespecting an ounce of Sakurai's pre established stories. Every game, spinoff and main, adding a piece to the giant puzzle called Kirby lore. But here is my quick list of my top 10. 1. RtDLDX 2. Forgotten Land 3. Planet Robobot 4. Super Star Ultra 5. Amazing Mirror 6. Star Allies 7. Triple Deluxe 8. Kirby's Epic Yarn 9. Kirby 64 10. Nightmare in Dreamland

Nice video and I do agree classic Kirby definitely holds up, even though I prefer some of the modern games and haven’t played all the classics, I still do want to experience some like 64 (still hunting for a copy of that); also since you brought up speed running and challenging yourself I got a fun story. My first Kirby game that got me into the series was Squeak Squad for DS, and when I was younger, I used to speed run the final boss because I thought that thing was stupidly easy and wanted to see how fast can I beat it, so I ended up making a challenge for myself just because I wanted too.

Just imagine. Out there in the multiverse there's a parallel reality where Kirby never saw the light of day, and thirty two years later everything in that timeline went horribly HORRIBLY wrong (presumably) Not that things are necessarily going right here either... ;p I like that slime mascot Klaire, I hope we see more of them in the future :D 🏳‍⚧ 3:54 I didn't realize Kirby was a Sith.
