There are four schools of thought in Sunni Islam and all of them are respected and highly regarded as authentic due to the characters of their teachers (Imam Malik Bin Anas , Imam Abu Hanifah, Imam Mohammad Ibn Idrees Al Shafi3y , İmam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal) ... All of them unanimously agreed on major Islamic rulings but disagree on minors, they love , respect and admire eachother (there is a famous story between Imam Shafi3y and Imam Ahmad but that's a story for another day) , the point I'm trying to make is that the fact that disagreed on minor details all basing their opinions on their interpretations of authentic Sunnah didn't cause any hostility from one towards the other because they all knew that their intentions were always the service of the Ummah to the best of their ability... So it's unacceptable today for a follower of one of the schools of thoughts to bash a follower of a different school of thought, as long as both positions could be substantiated through their respective school of thought (you can't make up your own ruling and pretend it's a part of a school of thought just to get away with it)

Most people are familiar with hanbali fiqh without knowing it because of the scholars they follow. Still others aren't following any of the four madhab and are upon extreme biddah. From what i know, there are fard acts in the salah, after making intention, takbeerul ihram, surah fatiha, takbeerul ihramto get to ruku and say subhanarabial azeem once, say samiyala huliman hamida(idk the name)while rising from ruku, takbeerul ihram while going down to sujood, subhana rabial ala..... Rabigfirli Tashahud Salam Fard(mandatory)^ Stuff like raising hands for Takbeerul ihram in specified places is a sunnah, reciting a surah after the fatiha is a sunnah, saying subhanarabial azeem 3,5,7x sunnah, rabana walakal hamd, or lakal hamd sunnah... Point is, one should strive to follow correctly, add in the sunnah acts by looking into which opinion of the scholars is stronger etcetera, baby steps

I'm following this channel because I'm a Maliki. Who follows the channel called Maliki Clique and doesn't expect to see the Maliki understanding of Islam there? This brother just touched on the beginning of the proofs of the Maliki school, the method that guided the Muslims of Islamic Spain and Sicily, all of North Africa, All of black Africa and all of my ancestors (who were Muslims) who were brought to the US as slaves. Those of us that are reclaiming our stolen spiritual birthright, won't find it in the hands of the British collaborators. But you're not ready for that talk. Do your research and start with what the Shaykh, everyone tries to turn you towards, has said about the Maliki school. Ibn Taymmia's opinion has been translated and published in a book called "The Medinan Way" Go cop that.

Another interesting aspect: qabd is seen as "sunnah", but none of the four school of thought say that you can't pray sadl. I personally follow Hanafi fiqh due to the muslim community in the surrounding area, however, I practise sadl. Talked and researched about this topic and the view of sadl in Hanafi fiqh, appearently the salah is accepted. Allahu Alam.

I read that even when Imam Ahmed R.U. lead salah among people who liked to follow Imam Abu Hanifa, he lead the prayer in that particular style. That's all there is to it. No method is superior to another. He also advised his student who had written a book about differences between the madhahib to rename it from "Book of Differences" to "Book of Leeway".

Let’s see what the Bible says about it In Jeremiah 10-2:5 This is what the Lord says Do not learn the nations or be terrified by signs in the heavens, Though the nations are terrified by them, for the practices of the peoples are worthless They cut a tree out of the forest and a craftsman shapes it with his chisel. They adorn it with silver and gold, They fasten it with hammer and nails so it will not utter, Like a scarecrow in a a cucumber field their idols cannot speak, They must be carried because they cannot walk. Do not fear them they can not harm nor can they do any good. 12. Prayers 1- Mark 1:35, jesus got up very early in the morning to pray. "The first prayer Al Fajr for Muslims" (The down prayer) did you do it ? 2- Acts 10:9, Disciples prayed about noon. " The second prayer Al Dohr for Muslims" (The noon prayer) did you do it? 3- Acts 3:1, Disciples again went to the temple at the time of prayer at 3:00 pm. "The third prayer Al Asr for Muslims " ( The afternoon prayer) did you do it? 4- Mark 14:23, jesus went to pray when evening came. "The fourth prayer Al-Maghreb for Muslims" ( The sunset prayer) did you do it? 5- Mark 14:33 - 39, Jesus said to his Disciples, sit here while I pray. He fell to the ground & prayed. ( it was night). I am a Maliki. There is nothing stopping you from following all 4 schools. Shayook just advise against it because you will choose by your nafs, howwa, dunya, and waswassa. Also as you further your studies you will find no such 4 mathab shayook to learn from. My advice is that you follow the mathab that is prevalent in the lands you intend to study in, and if you don't intend to travel to study Islam you should adopt the mathab of the majority in your land. And in most English speaking places that is Hanafi due to the prevalence of immigrants from the Indian sub continent. I personally live surrounded by Palestinians and if I could go back in time I would have learned Shafi'i mathab. But Allah is over all things. May He give you success in His deen.

I agree we need hadith for basic things, especially like the book Ta Leemul haq for practicing the religion , but the Quran is the sunnah . We're supposed to listen to our brothers , the main mosque . The hadith do not check out as a religion . There's hadith about aisyah playing with toys in the image of the prophets . you cannot pratice sets of hadith that are against the Quran ie you cannot do whatever in good faith when you cleary go to hell for various things in the Quran . Don't be the fish, these theologies are often in deviation against enjoining the good and forbidding the bad . The hadith are in dispute with itself only a prophet can differentiate what a complete hadith understanding would look like and that is also likely not enough . People should be able to follow the injuctions of the Quran or at least try since it's easier besides bearing the Paul or Set laws of I can do anything . The hadith schools attempt to change the law that Allah has given his prophet .

Allah protects his deen from the fitna of EVERY age, and I have no doubt, but that he's going to do it again with fitna al-Wahhabiyya. Learn what scholarship is, in the context of the history of this Ummah, and then say who the scholars are, and what their judgments are. Most of the ACTUAL scholars of history HAVE preferred the qabd. That is because Madina is not like Baghdad. One place does not have the resources to deduce what was the LAST way the Prophet ﷺ prayed and the other place does. And MOST of the world is more like Baghdad and has been. Their ways are also valid and only a tiny minority of the Maliki scholars have ever said that the qabd was disliked or forbidden. The qabd is not the problem, it is the poorly placed, badgering, objections, and the doubt that is sown in the community, by the self-appointed champions of the qabd that is the problem. And Allah, who is over all things, Knows best.

The Hadis from Sunan Abi Dawood Hadis internation number: 730 is correct and Sahih. But all the other things you said we're more than 90 percent wrong. First of all, yes being Maliki, Hambhali, Shadi and Hanfi is a formation of sect and getting away from Quran and Sunnah. Secondly, putting your hand below the navel is not proven from Sunnah. Thirdly most of these 4 sects are following what their teachers taught them and not what is written in Quran and Sunnah. The Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him warned us not to make sects and be only a Muslim. Read Surah Al Imran ayat:103, surah anam ayat: 159,163 surah, surah Al haj ayat:78, surah Al Imran ayat: 67. These all ayats are evidence that neither Allah nor the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him instructed us to be Maliki shadi Hambhali Hanfi or shia or jaffiri or Sufi or any of the sect ,but only be Muslim and act only on Quran and Sunnah.
