@@ThePillowFort he does a lot of things for you while not seeming too over the top powerful. His mill attack trigger is not game breaking enough to warrant an immediate response compared to other spells like new Etali, but he gives you card selection and consistency at any powerlevel, which is really nice.

legit my first thought about Azslak was "Hmmm... he's 5 colors... why not abuse the experience counters with it?" - A scion / Drone based manabase splashed with the other experience counter commanders... those can grow big fast due to how easy it would be to get the experience Pretty unsure about Cayth but I guess jeskai Artefacts is something that people would want to have a new toy for. Jyoti is basically funny land creature commander. I tried to do this with Raggadragga but maybe Jyoti can make it work... or try both with a janky Temur commander... So regarding Disa and Coram. I preordered that graveyard deck and been looking into the leaks more specifically. I think Coram in general is the better all purpose commander if you play Jund. I even go so far and say, that he is , aside from Ulalek who is busted, is actually the strongest of the 8 commanders. Disa on the other hand... you can break her so easily it ain't funny. Conspiracy, Maskwood Nexus, Ashes of the Fallen... and then simply mill your deck and put every creature into play... Morality shift where you change your library with your graveyard? counts as placing them - and boom you have all creatures (and lhurgoyf permanents) in play. Don't even need to swing as she has a pinging lhurgoyf in her list that pings for every entered lhurgoyf.

Sounds like you’re going to destroy a lot of tables with that Disa deck! Thank you for the input on everything, at this point trying to figure out which commanders will be more popular/better to helm the deck is pretty tricky 😅

Thank you everyone for watching! I noticed that during the Coram, The Undertaker portion I misread it and said “your graveyard” when you can play lands and cast spells from ANY graveyard. My mouth didn’t match my brain, because I knew it was similar to my Master Transcendent commander 😅

With Omo you get to turn your urza tron on whenever she is out as well as domain boosts. You effectively get to have like 5 sol rings in a deck but 4 (urza's and cloudpost) of them cost 0.

I do prefer Azlask a bit over Ulalek, but tbh i think they go for entirely different decks. Azlask is more of a weird scion/spawn spam aristocrats kind of shell, running shit that makes tokens and cares about dying(there's actually such a large amount of em i'm having trouble cutting shit) and using Emerge as the sac enablers, along with the new evoke eldrazi Nulldrifter. Shit dies, get value, bring recursion. Meanwhile Ulalek cares more about the "when you cast..." eldrazi, and doubling up on those beaters and cast effects(most of which are removal) using Flash enablers to speedblitz people. Almost like a storm deck, honestly

I would agree that Azlask is more interesting. I love spawns/scions, and the fact that you can throw changelings in there is another crazy synergy. I just feel like Ulalalalek will be best to helm the precon, but again we will have to wait and see for the deck list to come out

Ulalek can use changling instants and those count as "eldrazi" spells. You can also have shakashima and mirror box to get copies of your big eldrazi

I love the idea of Ulalek so much. In a game against some buddies online testing out some brews, I managed to cast and copy Tempt with Discovery by turn 5. But a buddy of mine plans to build Azlask and I'm terrified to see what he cooks up with it. The anthem effect is terrifying even if you don't build around Spawn/Scions

I feel like the Eldrazi deck is going to be fried either way spin it. Definitely see Ulaleks abilities matching up a more for more high powered, brain dead play. There’s gonna be so much chaos with the copies. Idk why they’re still trying to make energy happen. It didn’t happen with Madison Li and I don’t think it’ll happen here. I just don’t feel like the mechanic has enough support yet so it’s a nice sub theme but that moves Cayth to the starting spot for me. Go wide, bang with buffed servos. It’s worked before it’ll work again. Tricky Terrain is one I’m more excited for but I feel like I’m going to be let down because they’re going to cop out and toss Mirror Entity in as the wincon and call it a day. Love land decks, hate blue so it being Simic makes me question so many things about myself. Moag Ancient seems fun enough on its own that it might deserves its own brew. Unless Graveyard overdrive has a 20% ratio on making the goofy tokens then the Undertaker is the clear winner. Coram is disgusting. I love card advantage. Card advantage wins games not doo-hicky tokens and single triggers. Great video can’t wait to catch the next one!

Thank you for dropping your hottakes as well! I agree about energy has always felt like it falls flat, Regina George was right, its not going to happen. Unless they come up with a really weird legend that turns it on its head, like the newer Rocco, Street Chef did with casting from exile dot decks... Maybe I'll make a custom card for what I'm thinking
