Id like to see some blind tests from these "new brands" that have popped up the past few months. I'm getting a lot of ass kissing vibes from some of the channels that are testing these brands and using first names of the owners of said brands. It casts doubt over objectivity

I know I've asked for some specific blind testing and I have been rightfully shot down because it is too hard. But hear me out...two words... 1. Rinseless 2. Bracket Setup a Sweet 16 bracket, or Elite 8. Do a blind test, side by side on the same car with two products head to head. Just a straight up rinseless with presoak, USS wash, wipe dry on a moderately dirty car where it is still safe without rinsing. Maybe leave a section to dry to see if it leaves water spots. The biggest problem might be finding some way to mask/block scent. Perhaps a sachet of coffee grounds under the nose? Maybe a teabag? 😆Also don't let them look into the bucket. Yes it is splitting hairs, and it would take awhile to complete, but it would be interesting to see who comes out on top. I'm pretty confident that brands carried by TRC will still come out on top, but I think there could be a couple sleepers. Who's with me? Anyone? Bueller?

I like this idea! I also have said that if you take a good detailer, give him two vehicles to detail... one with the most expensive products on the market and one with the cheapest products on the market... that most other details would not be able to tell which vehicle was cleaned with which products. While I do agree that the detailer doing the cleaning would notice the difference (like the video shows), I wonder if the finished product would be hard to distinguish, even to the trained eye?

Definitely do more of this! Just remember to follow the product ratio and direction. I would love to see a blind test of bilt hamber line of product just to see how the old product compares to the current developments of detailing products.

Wouldn’t checking the smell and colour of the chemicals create an edge of knowing which product/brand it is? For example if you’re using a product or brand and the Rinseless smells like coconut/lime you’re already catching on to see if other products smell,look,perform like P&S because you know for a fact you’ve just used Absolute..?

In G we trust. G as in Jeep. Gee is used in Indian cooking. Gyeon make some good stuff but I feel Gyeon needs to add more active ingredients as I find some are a little bit thin compared to Carpro which always makes killer products IMO

​ @theragcompany by the way, Anthony knowledge in products is a wow factor by itself. WOW. Get this man a golden spray bottle shaped trophy! About product suggestions, I don't know if you can import from EU and how much they know about EU products but: - a good brand that usually stays a bit under the radar is "Good Stuff" the product line from the guys you may have bought some brushes from (Work Stuff), - for the store bought type of product in the EU market I'd say Sonax, they have some pretty good ones, - for the US market I'd say, get some of the new brands from various youtubers cause we need some blind testing on that stuff! - or you can just troll them and put Gyeon again with the old versions of the products and see their brains go boom 😆

Wow, amazing video, and it mirrors a lot of how i feel about the brand as I've used it. I wouldn't have guessed it, but thinking back, I've been pretty underwhelmed with their stuff over time. Even the Wet Coat for me doesn't last nearly as long as other brands. Also solid take on the DIY and being nice about it. The incredible suds carries the brand.
