Are the Penguins and Sidney Crosby headed for a divorce?

As a caps fan I’d love to see it. I believe that both 8 & 87 are such exceptional players that they have earned the right for their franchise to delay their rebuilds and give them the most competitive teams possible every year they have left suiting up. Caps did a great job of that this offseason, pens…. Not so much.

He deserves to stay with the Penguins after all he did for them. But, as a Caps fan, I think it would be sick seeing him traded to Washington. It would be unreal seeing him and Ovi on the same team to finish out their careers. Those Sidney Crosby assists to Alex Ovechkin goals would be legendary.

If the penguins move on which they should from Crosby,Malkin,Letang,Karlsson they will get young prospects/picks back. Maybe they are able draft Micheal Misa,Joe Iginla,GavinMckenna. And think about future
