Going from no sleeves to hansu's added ~20kg to my squat instantly. Sleeves are not cheating but I find it hard to call a squat raw when it helps that much.

I've got the Iron Rebel PR and the Inzer ergo pro sleeves, I highly recomend the Iron Rebels!! Best way to take them off is to stay standing up and then dig your thumbs inbetween the sleeve and your shin and use you upper body to push the front down a little, then do the same on the back digging your thumbs inbetween the sleeve and your calf they should slide right off once you've gone back and forth a few times, I put mine on before right before i go to the gym and roll them down below my knee so i can walk with getting chafed on the back of my knee, as long and you're legs arn't sweaty they should slide on pretty easy, if you're sweaty after a squat session they slide off nicely.

Even SBD has their version of a "stiff" sleeve you know? It's not as good as the inzer by all accounts, but its better than the original sleeve. IMO prob a good training sleeve to wear if you find the stiff sleeves are too uncomfortable for long sessions.

@stunseed8385 It's trash. They just re-released their original neoprene formula from +8 years ago. SBD changed their neoprene formula thinking nobody would notice once they outsourced to cheaper neoprene and started obsessing with colors, but their knee sleeves are just socks and do nothing. They had a huge grasp on the market, but Inzer put them on blast and every other company has followed.
