Finally a company that gives a crap about their end users. Well done James! My Active 2.0 is rocking, just wish it came with a longer steel braided hose, 20ft is long enough to get around a moped. The most reasonable high quality steel braided hose I could find was an Adam’s Polishes, wish the Uberflex was compatible. I had a 20A receptacle in my new house for a reason. For the average consumer, this all gets confusing, we might all be better off buying all accessories from Active at the end of the day. Sell me that Active wall setup (system) for my Active 2.0 JAMES!!

As always great video enjoy my 2.0! 10 years ago I had purchased a Honda with a cat pump Generac ;I was told with well water to purge the system with the pink RV antifreeze to prevent freezing and to keep the seals and the pump fresh never rebuilt that cat pump Still works fine. Use the same procedure with a ARSS 390 ,5 years old still running. I'm currently running two hose bibs one with the whole house, carbon and sediment filters as well as a water softener not just detailing cars, but pressure washing house and other equipment residential homeowner.

The company is incredible company to deal with. The only issue that is a turn off on the 2.3 is the noise level is very loud. And in a garage it’s amplified

The new 50ft hose won't work with a COX hose reel. I sent a support ticket last month about it just by looking at the presale pictures. Got the Hose today and what I said was true. there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I await the reply to my ticket, sent you a video too!

Hello, thank you for bringing this to our attention. The Active hose comes with a 3/8 plug. If you can share the specs of the Cox reel inlet we can provide you with the correct spec adapter. We've had a few customers in Australia spec the hose with a cox reel.

You didn't address Pan's biggest concern with the noise level from his video. I would love to know what might be causing that and if anything is being done to help with that. Was this something that was looked at during the durability testing process.

@ Every video from them would be a marketing video. 🤣 I just want to know if they will address the sound at some point. They did address concerns about using Uberflex hoses and the size of the pump head so I would think noise level would be on subject.

I wish the packaging was not nice, so the product would be cheaper for us hobbyist detailers. Makes me a little upset some of my money is going towards a fancy box that i will throw out, would be nice to spend $3 less
