ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਸਹੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਵੀਰ। 2005-2006 ਚ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੀਨ ਦੇ ਡੱਬੇ ਖਾਧੇ ਸੀ‌। ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ 2007 ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਫੇਰ ਕਿਡਨੀ ਟਰਾਂਸਪਲਾਂਟ ਕਰਾਉਣਾ ਪਿਆ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਡਾਇਲਸਿਸ ਕਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਚ ਦੋ ਹੋਰ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਮੁੰਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਧਿਆਣੇ ਸੀਐਮਸੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੁਰਦੇ ਵੀ ਜਿੰਮ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੀਨ ਪਾਊਡਰ ਖਾਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਖਰਾਬ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੈਫਰੋਲਜਿਸਟ ਜਾਂ ਕਾਰਡਿਓਲਜਿਸਟ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛ ਲਓ। ਇਹ ਪਾਊਡਰ ਸਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸ਼ਰੀਰ ਲਈ।

Bhai thoda study kr liya hota nutrition ko toh ye radio pe galat information nahi deta. Baki baat rahi normal diet ki, ek bodybuilder normal life nahi jeeta, puri life tapasaya hoti hai aur steroids bina bodybuilding impossible hai. Jo kehta hai main natural hu or bodybuilding krta hu vo logo ko pagal smjhta hai ya pagal banata hai. Baki tune hardwork kiya hai but steroids or non veg khaya hai. Please jhoot mat bola karo. Jo tumhe follow krte hai unpe galat asar padta hai. Sabko pagal nahi bana sakte.
